Updated, quiet lake front home in an amenity-filled community. Enjoy swimming, tennis, basketball, salt and freshwater fishing, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, playgrounds and biking without ever leaving Mallard Lakes. And you're only minutes from the allure of DE and MD beaches, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. Relax on the sun porch with your morning coffee while enjoying the lake view, then head just 2.5 miles up the road to the beach. When you return home you can wash the sand away in the roomy outdoor shower, squeeze in a walk or game of tennis before dinner, and spend the evening watching movies with family on the HDTV. Mallard Lakes is a great place to relax at a quiet get-away spot, or if you wish, all of the activities of an ocean resort are there to enjoy, too!

Great beach place!
My family stayed at this home in July 2007 and loved it! It was nicely decorated and situated in a great community. Unlike another reviewer we received all of our security deposit back, with no problems. We can't wait to return!

Love the location!
Thank you so much for allowing us to rent Mom's Place! We enjoyed our stay very much--we love the location and the quiet surroundings and yet so convenient to the ocean. We used the sun porch a lot. I loved listening to the fountains and the breezy sounds in the trees. The boys used the bikes and played tennis and played games from your collection, so there really was something for everyone! We just may be back!

The best by far
Thank you SO much for the wonderful time we had here. We've been to other places in Mallard Lakes, and by far this is the best! We had a great time crabbing and even found a frog! Thanks for the pleasure of staying on Bluebird Lane.

Close to everything, yet quiet & secluded
We had a wonderful time at Mom's Place. So close to everything and yet so quiet and secluded. We got a parks annual pass our first day and made great use of it at Fenwick Island State Park Beach, the inlet fishing area, Indian River Marina, Tower Beach and others. So many beautiful beaches. Our 3 yr old loved the "bacation house". Can't wait to come back again.

Adorable!
Your place is adorable. Thank you for renting to us. All of my children and spouses have gotten together, some here and some down the highway. We were lucky to view the dolphins today at the beach close to the shore. We had a great time at Mom's Place and thanks for making it so accommodating for us.

Relaxing and comfortable
Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful beach house. We wanted for nothing. It was very relaxing and comfortable. It was nice having 3 TVs so the kids didn't fight over what to watch! We went to the beach every day and shopping and boardwalks at night. The boys enjoyed fishing and basketball here at the townhouse.

Perfect vacation place!
This place couldn't have been more attractive and comfortable. It allowed me and my 7-year-old son and my parents to enjoy an ideal vacation. Every detail for the renter is considered and provided. My son learned Monopoly Junior thanks to the kind owners! We loved the neighborhood and the pool. The proximity to the ocean was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
