We hope that our guests will enjoy our beautiful 'Princess Palace' vacation rental home located only 20 minutes from the main entrance to Walt Disney World (WDW). This is actually considered close as WDW owns property for several miles in all directions in anticipation of future expansion. The other great feature of our location is that the home is located west of the entrance to WDW whereas most other vacation rental homes, hotels, and resort properties are located east of the main entrance. This will save time and stress on the way to and from the parks. Please see our reviews!

Welcome home to a palace fit for a princess! Please 'be our guest and put us to the test'. You're sure to enjoy returning home to a comfortable retreat where you can relax and unwind after a long day visiting Mickey Mouse and his friends. Your little Princesses will enjoy their Disney-themed 'Princess' bedrooms (two to choose
from-one with two twin beds and one with a queen size bed). Furthemore, your boy-racers will absolutely love their Disney-themed 'Cars' bedroom, featuring two twin beds, as well. We're quite confident that everyone in the family will be well pleased with our beautiful, luxurious vacation home.
In fact, the adults haven't been forgotten either. We've went 'all-out' in refurbishing the two master bedrooms with queen-sized beds. The renewed bedroom linens in the primary master bedroom feature sumptuous queen-size 1,200 thread-count sheets and matching comforter. The secondary master bedroom has been upgraded with a
plush queen-size 1,200 thread-count Daisy Fuentes designer bedding ensemble. The premium queen-sized mattresses in the 2 master bedrooms are so nice that you'll soon drift off into a dream-filled night of well-deserved rest.
The main master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet and the mattress/box spring combinaton was just upgraded (2010) to a Sealy Posture-Pedic pillow top set. The bathroom facility in the main master bedroom also features a 'walk-in' shower stall with bench seat and double vanities. The second master has a spacious closet and a walk-in shower, as well. There is also a day-bed/crib stored in the second master bedroom. This unit is very heavy-duty and features an upgraded Sealy mattress and mattress pad, as well as 'Princess' bed sheets. Please note that this bed is movable and should be moved when it is being used. It is kept under the wall-mounted TV, which is very securely mounted, but better to err on the side of caution.
There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, creating a comfortable sleeping arrangement for two more adults or children. In fact we've just installed (2010) a Lynley 'Pub Style' sleeper sofa with matching love seat. We also outfitted the bed in that sofa with all new sheets, upgraded mattress pad, and new upgraded pillows. We also added as an option for those with babies a Graco 'running' stroller and Graco car seat that adapts to the stroller or can be used alone in a car. You'll also find 2 portable play pens and a high chair for your use. We've also made sure that there's a large-capacity washer & dryer in the garage so you don't have to go home to a load of laundry to clean. For your 'down time' there are numerous board games available. There are no additional fees for the use of any of these items.
We're pleased to announce that we've added wall-mounted Magnavox 24' combination TV/DVD units to 4 bedrooms & a 37' Sharp Aquos LCD TV/Blu-Ray unit in the main MBR so everyone in the family can enjoy their favorite program or movie.
The luxurious master bedrooms will make you feel like you're in the lap of luxury when you sleep between these silky-smooth sheets. Another nice feature is the huge walk-in closet in the main master bedroom. Both master bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom complete with private shower.
The second master bedroom also has a day-bed/crib stored in the corner. This heavy-duty, movable unit has an upgraded Sealy mattress and mattress pad, as well as 'Princess' sheets for your infant to enjoy.
We haven't forgotten the children either. Your 'little princesses' can choose between our two Disney 'Princess-themed' bedrooms. For your 'junior racers' we have a Disney 'Cars-themed' bedroom.
You'll also appreciate the free long-distance calling to the US, Puerto Rico, & Canada.
Huge 52' Vizio wide-screen HDTV in living room...: More recently, we added a 52' Vizio LCD 1080i HDTV and we upgraded to 'Digital' cable. The picture is so beautiful you won't ever want to leave the couch! Another nice upgrade was the addition of a game room. We added a pool table, a ping pong table, an air hockey table, and a foosball table. Now you can enjoy any or all of these amenities while staying at the 'Princess Palace'.
You'll be pleased to know that we had High-Speed Wireless Internet service installed recently as well. You can use that connection with the provided Ethernet cable as well. Additional 'no-charge' options include 2 portable play pens, a high chair, and 2 baby strollers. We also just added a Graco 'running' stroller so that you can enjoy your daily exercise with child 'in tow'. Also included is a special Graco car seat that can be adapted to the running stroller or used alone in the car. There are also extra towels to use pool-side around the heated pool. A large capacity washer & dryer are there to use.
We also hope that you'll enjoy our fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen in our beautiful Disney 'Princess Palace' is equipped with all the comforts of home including a small table with 4 chairs, dishwasher, garbage disposer, microwave, electric range, and a large-capacity refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. All the kitchen amenities that you'll need are also there including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, full set of recently-purchased pots & pans, cooking utensils, flatware, glassware, etc. There is also a dining room table with 6 chairs to accommodate larger groups.
Finally, the 15' X 30' heated pool is inviting and sure to please the entire family. Please note that pool heating is an extra $140/week, or $20/night for stays of less than a week, plus tax during the cold season. All pool-access doors are 'alarmed' as a safety precaution.
We hope that you enjoy our hospitality and choose to visit us year after year. Take care and God bless.
I absolutely love Walt Disney World (WDW) and hope to be able to return year after year which is why I purchased my vacation rental home in the first place. Since my two daughters were practically infants we've been 'doing Disney' almost every year at Christmas time. My daughters are now adults and they still love going to WDW. In fact, my youngest daughter loved it so much that she spent a whole semester there doing an internship and was privileged to work at her favorite ride, the 'Rockin' Rollercoaster'. As of June, 2013, both daughters moved permanently to Orlando and one currently works at WDW. The other is hoping to get in eventually. My intent is keep the home as long as possible and maybe pass it on to my daughters once I decide to retire.
I decided to buy this home in this location because it's located west of Walt Disney World (WDW). Most hotels and resorts are located east of WDW. My guests are able to arrive at the parks in the morning with less stress as a result of facing less traffic on the way to the parks. Furthermore, on the way home when they're tired from chasing the kids around the parks all day they'll be able to get 'home' faster too. I've been told that this was an unexpected pleasure by many of my guests.
