Our home has stunning hardwood and tile floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 roomy new bathrooms, a large living room, dining room and kitchen with all new appliances. Each bedroom is very roomy and has TV and ceiling fans. Through the French doors of the dining room is a private screened porch with comfortable wicker furniture allowing views of picturesque Scarborough marsh. The new kitchen has a counter island and a separate eating area. All kitchen appliances are new with complete kitchenware and conveniences. Outside the large backyard is perfect for picnics or barbecues with gas grill and plenty of lawn furniture. We have plenty of beach chairs and sand toys for the kids to use!!
