Beautifully remodeled home in the Westwood Greens section of Sun City Center. Centrally located in Sun City Center. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Kitchen has granite countertops, maple cabinets and stainless appliances. Living room has leather furniture including two swivel, rocker recliners. A lifttop table makes it easy to work or eat in front of the TV. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Game table in den is great for playing cards or working on puzzles. You will immediately feel at home.

Linens, utensils, etc. are included. Just pack your clothes and toothbrush.

Rental includes two memberships to the Sun City Center Community Association, which provides access to over 200 clubs and activities (see attached link below). At least one renter must be 55 or over.

It's a great way to experience Sun City Center living before you buy. Ask about our SPECIAL OFF SEASON discount offered for multiple month rentals.

We will begin taking reservations for 2014 on April 1, 2013.

I stayed for a month and had no complaints. This home is spacious, clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The owner is informative and cooperative. Stores, golf and restaurants are nearby and, with a bit of a drive, you can explore the many attractions and fine-dining spots in the Tampa Bay area. Sun City Center is a friendly area and the 2 guest passes provided with the rental will allow you access to many activites. I was expecting more of the "golf course view" but then decided that, for the price, I was being unrealistic. This is a beautiful property and very fairly priced.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Sightseeing
