If Kiawah isn't the nicest resort community in the country, it's in the top 5. It's difficult (and may be impossible) to find a resort that has golf and tennis of this quality, real estate of this quality, and a 5-star hotel (The Sanctuary) of this quality. This community has bike trails, nature, boating, and a great beach. The grounds are always perfectly manicured and it is located within a half hour of one of the best cities in the world, Charleston.

The unit was in great shape with attractive furniture, comfortable beds and nice kitchen with granite counters. Short walk to Kiawah's beach down walking path from back deck of unit. Owner very helpful and responds quickly to questions. A great place to stay when visiting Kiawah.

Made a rainy weekend okay!

As promised, property was quiet, clean and convenient. Even though we forgot to email a day ahead, the owner responded within minutes, just before our arrival. We enjoyed using the bicycles to explore the bike trails, and to check out the beach. It was a short walk to the beach, though it was a rainy day, we managed to get in some "walking on the beach" time. Wildlife in the surrounding area, including deer and alligators, didn't seem bothered by our presence. Condo was clean and well maintained, on a beautiful golf course. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Plenty to do.................... or not!

Very nice stay

his unit was very clean and a short walk to the beach. For those who have not visited Kiawah, it is a beautiful place. The unit had everything we needed (linens, towels, pots, pans, plates, silverware, detergent, etc.). The bikes were a nice addition. We enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee on the back deck watching the golfers play #16 and #17. Truly relaxing and highly recommend this unit.

Unit was satisfactory however it did need some maintenance. Uninflatable bike tire, unusable safe, broken toaster. Also needed a lot of light bulbs. Owner responded immediately but site manager never responded.

Fantastic time at the beach

Having never been to the beach in South Carolina, we weren't sure what to expect when we booked this villa. The beach is fantastic and the villa being just a short walk away was awesome. The two bicycles got a work out since the island has such beautiful paths to ride. The villa has everything needed to make your stay comfortable. The property manager is prompt to respond to any need or inquiry. Very nice stay!

Thoroughly Enjoyable Stay

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, and we will certainly consider returning again next year for another week. The unit was clean, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the view of the golf course and wooded area. The rate was quite reasonable for the value received. We would certainly recommend this property for a couple or family of four.

Great getaway!

This is such a nice property, and perfect for a weekend getaway. We had everything we needed, but opted to rent bikes since the ones provided were a little dated. We hope to be back again soon!

This is our 14th year visiting Kiawah and this villa is one of the nicest my family and I have stayed in. It is clean, well furnished, and central to everything. The beach, the Straw Market, the West Beach Tennis Center, and the Cougar Point Golf Course are steps away. My family and I really enjoyed walking to Shrimpers for dinner in the evenings. The bikes that come with the unit are in good shape and the bamboo floors, tile, neutral colors, and granite countertops in the unit are nice touches. We will definately book this unit again. Bill
