High Hammock Villa - Decorator's Dream

We have just returned from our stay of several days at the end of March. The villa is clean, well maintained, first floor unit, and is pet friendly. The beach is a short walk but we recommend you drive if you are taking beach accessories. Located on the golf course the setting is very peaceful and pleasant. Owner is helpful and responsive. We do recommend this villa.

We've always loved the Charleston area and the surrounding islands, and now we are in love with Seabrook Island! This was our first visit to Seabrook, and our vacation and the villa could not have been any nicer. We don't know what was more beautiful...Joe's villa or Seabrook's beaches! We will definitely be back!

Our family of four visited Seabrook Island in June and rented this villa for a week. The island and the villa both were both exceptional in every way. The villa is beautifully decorated; immaculate; very spacious; well stocked with quality items; great location; and the owners and rental agent are very nice and accomadating. The resort's club area (3 pools), beaches (make sure to visit both North and South), natural beauty and wildlife are awesome. Our daughter loved following the deer around on the golf course every morning with her camara! Truly one of the most enjoyable, relaxing vacations we have ever had. Thanks to the Greers for sharing such a fabulous place.

The Spring Family

My husband, our 17 year old son and I recently spent a most enjoyable week in this beautiful villa. We will definitely be back and very soon. This villa has something for everyone, including challenging golf, the latest in home entertainment, inviting and warm decor, two full bathrooms and more space than you would expect in a one bedroom villa. The beach is unspoiled and nature lovers will enjoy the wildlife. Truly a magnificent experience. Thanks for the memories.

My daughter and I spent a fabulous week in this lovely villa! The kitchen is well furnished with everything one could need. The beds are comfortable and they have tons of pillows! Nice little touches too--including little bars of soap and tons of high quality towels which is important when you like to shower alot! The villa itself is beautifully (and probably professionally) decorated and we absolutely dreaded leaving! We highly recommend anyone staying there and we will definitely be back! Thanks Joe!
