Reviews of Property: Golf, Beach, Great Location, Designer Decor & Tons Of Amenities!

This condo was the best place that I have found to stay at while on vacation. For the past 4 years I have been having to look for places to stay at during dance competitions. This is the first place that I have no complaints on. The condo was decorated in a bright and friendly atmosphere. The coupons and the brochures left in the book was excellent and helpful. I would recommend this place for everyone.

My family and I stayed at this condo in July and we loved it. It is away from all the crowds but close enough that you can get to the beach and all the attractions in minutes. The condo is beautifully decorated and bright - exactly the kind of place you want to stay on a summer vacation. The open floor plan is perfect. The balcony over looks a pond so it was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of morning coffee. The pool is close by and very nice.The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Much better than staying in a hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time!! This condo was everything mentioned in the description and more! It was spacious & gorgeous! Beautifully decorated, lots of closet space for luggage or in our case lots of bags from shopping at the near by Tanger Outlets. Everything is brand new. Large enough to accommodate a family comfortably, but yet cozy enough if it were just my husband and I. I have already invited my in-laws to come with us next year! I would definitely stay here again.
We were also in a great location; it was in the center of everything. Enjoyed playing golf ...the beach just a short distance away, just follow the instructions on the fridge provided by the condo owners. We were also close to the NASCAR restaurant and entertainment complex, if you have kids they will love it!
We also spent quite a bit of time at Broadway at the Beach, it was so close! They have tons of shops and restaurants, endless entertainment!
We even managed to sneak in a little exercise, and took in a morning run around the lake just steps away from the condo.
The condo owners really spent so much time leaving you with so many good suggestions, like favorite area restaurants, and directions to various locations like the supermarket, the beach and more. Their attention to detail to ensure you have a great stay in their condo definitely stands out. Everything they mention, the garage access, the poker chips, games, golf clubs, books and more are all available to you.
If you are thinking about staying here, you won't be disappointed! This condo exceeded our expectations; we had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

There were so many things that had the wow factor
-everything was new
-everything was superclean
-was spacious and held 8 of us comfortably
-living room and kitchen were big and open
-beds were comfotable and clean
-towels were clean and plentiful
-amenities were great esp. the pool!
-owners were quick to answer questions
-Bedrooms were separated from one another
-The condo simply had everything we needed in it...including poker chips, beach chairs and a wi-fi connection!! The owners simply made sure, you could have everything at your disposal
One of the best things about the condo had to be its location. We were only one mile from the beach and about a mile from Broadway at the Beach. You are centrally located when it comes to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. That's a huge plus, especially with the summer traffic!
You simply can't go wrong with this condo.
For everything it offered, the price was a steal! I would HIGHLY recommend it again and again!
