Fantastic Vacation, Just as in the pictures

Our family hasn't had a big family vacation in 5 years. We were heading to California to visit my brother-in-law who is in the Marine Corps. I was so afraid of booking a condo instead of just going to a hotel. Boy am I glad we made the decision to go to Jim's condo. It was so clean, spacious and beautiful. It looked exactly like the pictures but provided so much more. The outdoor balcony's were great. Not to mention the view of the ocean. The grounds were amazing. Everywere you looked were flowers, waterfalls, and the koi pond was a hit with the kids. We felt very safe here. The beach was awesome. My family loved it. Jim provides everything you need and more for the beach. Toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc. I never expected all that was there. I am a general overpacker. Jim told me that all you need to pack is your bathing suit, toothbrush and a beachtowel. He was right. I wish I would have listened. I could have saved on luggage fees. Thank you for everthing Jim. We are always wary when booking online but you need not worry with this place. The owners were prompt to deal with booking queries and the condo is great. Incredibly spacious and well appointed.

The location between LA and San Diego is great for visiting the many attractions and Oceanside itself, particularly the harbour, has good facilities & restaurants.

The photos and details provided if anything fail to do the condo justice, we were very happy with everything and the children loved having the space, the pool and of course the beach.

We would not hesitate in recommending this to family & friends.

This is the perfect rental property. From the moment we walked into the condo we knew that this would be 'home' for the next three months. The cleanliness and the attractive decor of the unit assured us that this would be a great stay. The condo is situated in a lush, tropical setting and the view from each room and the decks is spectacular. It was teriffic to be able to travel easily from San Diego to LA to see all the attractions of the area, but one of the best features is the wonderful upper deck and being able to just relax in the lounge chairs or play a game at the umbrella table. Never before has a condo owner catered to our needs with such thoughtfulness. They made us feel that we were the most important people and they couldn't do enough for us. We would highly recommend this property to others - but not for the months we plan to be there! We have already rebooked this gem for next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in Oceanside. The weather was 65 degrees every day. The location of this property is perfect. Our grand children really enjoyed walking the beach and picking up sea shells. We have been in Ocenaside before but never this part. The pier is beautiful and only a couple of blocks away. We definately recommend this property. Great communications with the owners. Our deposit was quickly returned. Thanks.

My family (my husband, child and my parents) stayed for a week this summer. The condo was spacious enough for all of us and very comfortable. The rooftop patio was wonderful with a great view of the beach. The location and beach were both fantastic!!!!! We were visiting some other family while in town and as long as they stay put, we'll gladly stay here again!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful week in Oceanside at this condo. I was very nervous about renting a condo based on pictures on the internet! I didn't need to be, this condo is just as described and the owner was very nice to work with. The unit and complex are very clean, well maintained and safe and secure. The ocean view and the sound of the waves crashing were awesome! It is less than a five minute walk to the beach from the condo. Every morning we got up early and set up"camp" on the beach, near the lifeguard tower, and were able to leave all of our things there, all day, undisturbed. The boys could go back and forth and when we were not out there we could easily see them on the beach and in the water from both the deck and the balcony of the condo. In the evening the kids really enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong and the rec room. There were many friendly families with teenagers staying at the complex the week we were there and most of them said they come there the same week every year. My kids made new friends and can't wait to go back next year. The Oceanside library is fairly close by with free use of computers and a small fee per page for printing ( We needed to print our boarding passes)
The Oceanside rec center at the pier has drop in basketball. If you roller blade, bring them, there is a sidewalk the entire length of The Strand you can skate on. Bonfires on the beach are allowed in the fire pits down near the pier and looked like fun when we strolled by in the evenings. The last day we were there a pod of dolphins were surfing in the waves with all the people, it was really a neat thing to see!
We would definately definitely recommend this condo to friends.

Property was clean, and as advertised. Complex amenities as advertised. Condo has beach views from both balconies, and is a short walk through the complex to the beach. Loft/master bedroom is very large, as is penthouse style roof balcony.

Communication with owner was clear, and timely.
