Swan Shores Lodge offers magnificent water views and is a one of a kind square log home with 200 feet of privacy on pristine Swan Lake. This square log home was architecturally designed to take advantage of the expansive lake and mountain views. The home his multi levels with spectacular lake views from every room. 6 bedrooms 4.5 baths and 6500 sq feet makes this home the perfect gathering place for a family vacation. Bring your boat; our home has not only a boat dock, we have our own boat ramp!
The home sits on one acre of privacy in a park-like setting and is sheltered by cedar trees. Walk through the front door of this impeccably maintained home with open great room floor plan, ideal for entertaining. Our home has been designer decorated with beautiful upscale nautical-style furnishings and designer theme touches and has wood floors throughout. This is true luxury vacation home that is considered to be one of the finest homes in the Flathead Valley.
Main Floor: The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king size bed a Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower is in the master bath, a second guest bedroom is located on the main floor with queen size bed and full size bath room with another walk in shower. A large gourmet kitchen features every small appliance imaginable, top of the line Monogram stainless steel double oven, microwave and a six burner gas range, warming drawer and Bosh dishwasher and compactor. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for 12 guests, a nice breakfast bar is wide an open for family entertaining. Also, on the main floor is a half bathroom and large laundry area with large capacity washer and dryer, this area also serves as a mud room.
Second floor: Two guest bedrooms are located on the upper level with a walkway bridge that separates the two bedrooms providing really nice privacy. Both bedrooms are very spacious one bedroom has a queen size bed the other has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have larger dormer window seats, a full bathroom with double vanity sinks and shower over tub.
Lower Level The fifth bedroom is on the lower level of the house and has a unique speed boat trundle bed that opens to make two twin beds. Also on the lower level is a large game room with pool table and a private office set up for those that need keep in touch with work, the lower level also features a fabulous home theater room with recliner seating for ten people. Since not all guests are interested in this amenity we lowered our rates and have made the home theater room optional.
Guest Quarters: The 6th bedroom is totally private and is located across the breezeway over the garage. The guest quarters set up is ideal for those who prefer a bit of privacy. This bedroom has beautiful views of Swan Lake and features a queen size bed and private bathroom with walk in shower and vanity.

*Rate Information: Our rates are based on the total number of bedrooms required during the entire stay. Each bedroom is considered to be double occupancy. We only rent to one family/party at a time, this is not a shared house rate like a B&B. If not all the bedrooms are ordered we close off the bedrooms that are not going to be used. We have a flexible reservation system so if you are not sure of the number of bedrooms at time of booking you can add sleeping capacity up until 7 days prior to arrival.

ENTER EVERYONE AS ADULTS ONLY (children are not calculating into the rate) you must also enter in multiples of TWO people as our rates are by bedroom double occupancy per bedroom. My husband and I manage our own vacation homes and do business under the name of Vacation Holdings. We live full time in the San Juan Islands in the State of Washington and choose Montana because of its close proximity. We started in Whitefish and narrowed our search to the Flathead Valley as we were looking for a lakefront home. We settled on Swan Lake because it was less populated and the views of the Swan Mountains. Swan Shores Lodge was really an ugly duckling the bedrooms were painted shocking pink and baby blue. We were initially not wild about the house because most log homes are stained in a rustic brown whereas this one was stained in a dove gray. It needed some serious updating but the lakefront location and views were just magnificent. Fortunately, we had some vision and could see the potential with some updating and interior design touches. I decided to design around the dove grey stain, so instead of following a traditional rustic we went with a nautical theme and it worked. The end result is we ended up with a totally unique lakefront vacation home that is not like anything else you will find in the State of Montana
Lakefront, Lakefront, Lakefront...and being on Swan Lake which is a smaller lake that does not have a great deal of boat traffic. Having our own boat ramp is a real plus as well!
