This condo boasts a spacious 873 sq feet of living space. It is centrally located near shops, restaurants, theatres, churches, hospitals, banks, golf courses and parks. The well-appointed bedroom has a large and very comfortable king-size bed with extra pillows and blankets. A separate armoire houses the TV with cable. There is a large walk-in closet and separate vanity/dressing area. There is a washer/dryer inside the unit. The living room has a queen-size pull out sofa bed. An elegant entertainment center houses the TV and DVD player. High speed Internet modem with an ethernet connection is available for the computer enthusiast. Our well-equipped kitchen has all new counter top, tile floors and brand new appliances (refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.). It has the necessities you need for cooking a simple or gourmet dinner.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo, it was clean and had everything we needed. Very nice area minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale and the downtown area and other nice out door shopping malls.

Dear Maris
As a former resident of Scottsdale, We were delighted to find a clean and well furnished condo for our stay. Our only small problem was taken care of quickly !
We were well located to attend the graduation of our grandson and the wedding of our granddaugher.
While there we also discovered the nest of a hummingbird right outside the bedroom window. Awesome !

Great Fantastic Place

This condo became my home away from home for the last 6 months and it was great. The complex is quiet and has great parking, grassy areas, pool, small gym and small pond. I loved it here. Maris is a great person and will have any problem resolved as soon as possible. For example, we had an electrical problem in the kitchen outlets and she had someone on their way to fix it within 10 minutes of our calling her. (Luckily, the problem was really no problem at all and just a silly button issue) She takes care of the property and keeps in it great condition. Everything is exactly as it is in the pictures. Clean, comfortable, working order, and stocked with everything you need (pillows, utensils, pans, towels, soap, etc.). It's also a fantastic area, very close to many restaurants; we even walked to breakfast many Sundays. Overall, a wonderful experience with a great condo and great property owners.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Snowbird Retreat

My husband and I had a very enjoyable retreat from all the ice and snow of Michigan. The condo was comfortable, clean and convenient. We enjoyed hiking and biking in the area. The courtyard and pool area were lovely. The condo is situated very close to many stores, restaurants and attractions. This condo is on the second floor, so persons with mobility issues would have difficulty going up the steps. The pool water was cold, which prevented us from swimming. The condo faces a busy street, which can be noisy at times. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Hi Bonnie, thanks for the nice review. I'm glad you and your husband enjoyed your stay at the condo. Sorry that you were not able to use the pool. I know that the association heats the pool since we were there March last year and the kids were in the pool. I called the association today to find out if the pool was heated and they said it was. Maybe they did not set the temperature high enough. I agree that during morning rush hour, the street could be noisy. We plan on installing double pane windows so the noise cannot be heard inside. Although I'm glad the street and the entire area is quite at night. Thanks again.
