Unit #355, the 'Crowd Pleaser' at 81 Jeffrey Lane, Trader's Landing across the street from the Maryland's beautiful Deep Creek Lake and a short drive to WISP Ski Resort right on U.S. 219. This 3,114 square foot home, completed in mid 2003, is centrally located at the Roman Ridge development. It is professionally decorated (be sure to check out the pictures) and sumptuously equipped to assure a memorable escape for up to ten guests.
Enjoy pleasant lake views from two elevated decks, soak in the hot tub, enjoy fun and games in the family room, or sip your favorite beverage in front of the gas fireplace (no wood to carry, instant on and no ashes to clean up). Dell computer and monitor with high speed internet provided at no extra charge. Free in-house wireless service inluded. Bring your laptop or wireless device!
Other features include use of a boat slip just across the street and full-size garage. Five televisions all with cable and DVD, one VCR player, air conditioning, washer and dryer, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, full oven, range, coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and microwave. The large dining room table seats eight with counter and counter stools to seat an additional three guests.
Four bedrooms including: first floor - King with full bath, Second floor - Master bedroom with King, twin sleeper and full bath including a whirlpool tub and seperate shower. Bedroom with two twin -size beds and full bath. Third Floor -Queen bed with full-size day bed and bath with shower. Half guest bath also on first floor. Three bedrooms have remote control color TV. All bathrooms have wall mounted hair dryer.
Game room in basement includes air hockey table and foosball table. A large hot tub is located just outside the game room. The hot tub is professional cleaned and serviced after every guest stay. Full size washer, dryer, iron and ironing board in laundry room.
Trader's Landing with restaurants, sporting goods, and shopping is just steps away from the front door (great coffee and pizza shop)! Wisk Ski Resort is just three miles away. The lake is across the street. A movie theater, restaurants, golf, boat rentals, shopping and more are all less than three miles in both directions. Use of our dock is included with the unit.
We also have a local agency to handle your contract, deposit, check-in and to handle any questions or problems that might come up during your stay.
The base rent is subject to a 11% tax (6% state and 5% county accommodations tax) and an administration fee. The Peace of Mind Protection is a non-refundable fee designed to protect our guests from substantial charges related to damage to the rental home during their stay. The plan excuses you from damages as long as the damages were not willful, wanton or a result of gross negligent behavior (excludes damage by a pet). The Peace of Mind Protection Plan is in lieu of a Security Deposit. We are also pleased to offer CSA Travel Lodging Insurance. Payments may be made by personal check, business check, cash, or credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). Make payments according to your payment schedule listed on your contract. If all payments are made by cash or check, you may deduct the price rebate from your last payment.
Arrivals Within 30 Days
Full payment is due at the time of booking by cash (U.S. currency only) or credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). Personal checks are not accepted within 30 days of the arrival date.
Please remember to put your reservation number on your checks. Please mark your calendar with your payment due dates as we do not send out reminders. If any deposit or portion of the deposit is not received by the due date, your reservation may be cancelled and the property released for general sale. A bank fee will be assessed for all returned checks. When you receive your lease agreement, please read the lease carefully, sign both pages and return it along with the other appropriate paperwork within 10 days of making your reservation. Many of you will vacation with other family members or friends, but only one person signs the lease. We hold the leaseholder responsible for all payments, damage deposit (if applicable), and all responsibilities spelled out in the lease.

Deep Creek/WISP gives year-round enjoyment. From enjoying boating, jetskiing or fishing on the lake in the summer to skiing and snowboarding at WISP in the winter there is always something to do. Some of the best, and most overlooked, times at Deep Creek/WISP are the Spring and Fall. These are some of the most beatiful times of the years and the quietest. Enjoy a meal on the decks, a walk by the lake, a crisp round of golf on un-crowed courses and no wait for the best restaurants! And the prices are the best during these seasons.
