The perfect LBI rental

We were fortunate enough to rent this wonderful property from very hospitable and renter focused owners, who were kind enough to recommend terrific restaurants and stores within walking distance. Our Son and Daughter-in-law loved the House, the amenities, the location and the Beach. Our three Grandchildren 1.5, 2, 5, loved every second they were awake. They live in Dallas and the Jersey Shore has changed their lives.
We not only recommend this great property for others, but are booking our 2010 return!

Thank you to Ken & Deirdre for thinking of everything to make our stay so enjoyable. We rented the week of July 18th and our party consisted of my husband and myself and our two small children ages 4 & 1. The location could not have been more ideal. We were in easy walking distance to the beach, the bay, restaurants, supermarket, drugstore, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Bay Village Shops & Schooner's Wharf, Mini Golf, etc - I can go on and on. We parked the car and left it in the same spot for the entire week. The Keegans' home is clean, comfortable, totally updated and beautifully decorated. They thought of everything and we didn't have to bring a thing with us - a beach wagon for the kids, a beach buggy to transport all our beach chairs (also provided by the Keegans), toys for the kids, puzzles and boardgames for the one rainy day we had during our week, a crib for our baby, etc. When I say every detail was thought out, I mean EVERY detail. My family had a great time during our first visit to LBI, Beach Haven and we will definitely rent from the Keegans again. The rental process and communication with the Keegans was super easy. Both Ken & Deirdre were very attentive, calling us to make sure everything was in great condition upon our arrival and during our stay. A huge thank you to them for making our visit so memorable and for helping us start a new yearly family tradition.

The house really is in a perfect location to walk to everything. The layout of the house is great for several families vacationing together and had everything we needed for trips to the beach. The owners could not have been more friendly. We loved the food (but not the noise) at the Black Whale - right down the street, and enjoyed ice cream (often) from Barry's across the street. The guys loved the wings at Chicken or the Egg. The Island is narrow here so the beach walk was easy - especially with the wagon and beach cart provided. What more could I have wanted? A second week!

This was the perfect place to spend a weekend down the shore. The location was perfect - within walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, and beach. The townhouse is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and well stocked with supplies. I only wish we were staying longer. We will definitley look into renting again next year!

This was our first family vacation with our 1 year old daughter. We had a wonderful time! The house was very clean & comfortable. The owners provided all the accommodations of home. We were in walking distance of several restaurants & Bay Village. The beach is only a short walk from the house & the owners provided a wagon to transport our daughter. We highly recommend this vacation home to those wanting to relax & enjoy themselves. If this home is available during our vacation next year, we would definitely rent again!

My family of four (including a 4 yr old daughter and 17 mo old son) spent a wonderful, relaxing, fun filled week at the beach. This townhouse was the ideal place for our stay. We never needed our car as everything was within walking distance. Each day we would walk to the beach toting the kids and supplies in the little red wagon the home owners supplied. Each night after a day of fun, we would relax on the front porch with an ice cream. There's an ice cream shop right across the street from the house. We enjoyed a night of rides and games at the nearby amusement park. We loved every meal at the numerous neighborhood restaurants, It really felt like home for my kids. The owners thought of everything and even set up a crib in one of the bedrooms for my son. My daughter enjoyed the bunk beds. Everything in the home is new and modern. I could go on and on. It's just the perfect shore house in the perfect location. We miss it and can't wait to return again next year!!!

Was in a great location, near many restaurants for dinner or breakfast. Centrally located in Beach Haven so as to never need your car once you park, if that were your wishes. Within walking distance of shopping and beach. The home was comfortable, and had all the items needed for cooking - so no worry in bringing extra items. Great for kids and adults alike.

Our family just returned from a week vacation in LBI. This townhouse was perfect for our family! It was warm and inviting and felt like a home away from home! The location was great, we walked everywhere--beach, shopping, restaurants. We parked our car at the beginning of the week and didn't use it in again until we were ready to go home. Also, we have a 9 month old daughter so the fact that there was a crib was perfect for us.
We have rented places at the Jersey Shore before and this by far was our best experience!
We can't wait to return again next summer!
