The Beaver Lodge is a spacious home with mountain decor, beautiful filtered lake views, a private hot tub on the upper deck (off the main living area), pool table, vaulted open beam ceilings, and a rustic mountain atmosphere.

The second floor of this reverse floor plan home features a fully-equipped modern kitchen, comfortable living area with leather furnishings and a pellet stove - for the ambience of a wood fire with incredible convenience, dining area with hardwood floors, pool table, half-bath, and a lakeview deck with hot tub.

Three bedrooms, two full baths, and a laundry area are located on the first floor. The Master Bedroom features a king-size, knotty pine bed and furnishings, full bath, and private lakeview deck. The second bedroom contains a queen-size, knotty pine bed and furnishings and a television. The third bedroom, perfect for children or a couple, contains a bunkbed, with a double bed on the lower bunk and a twin bed on the upper bunk, and a TV/DVD player

After a day of skiing, hiking, or just enjoying the beauty of Tahoe, you can relax in the outdoor hot tub and watch the sunset. After dinner, enjoy a game of pool, select a movie to watch from the DVD movie library, or just gather around the fire to visit. The fabulous amenities of this home make the Beaver Lodge the perfect retreat for your Lake Tahoe get-away.

The home is within walking distance or a short drive (less than one mile) to the fabulous restaurants and quaint shops of Kings Beach, Crystal Bay Casinos, and Kings Beach public beach. An awesome trail system is located at the end of the street for mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. For the downhill skier - Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Mount Rose, Diamond Peak, and Homewood Ski Resorts are all a short drive away (10-20 minutes). Bockway Golf Course is located approximately one a and a half miles away. Tahoe City and Incline Village are a short ten-minute drive away.

Love this Lodge!!!

My husband and I enjoy the outdoorsy lifestyle of Kings Beach; hiking, biking, swimming, and this Beaver Lodge is in the heart of it all. Just a short drive to the Flume Trail, a hiking trail just up the road, and beautiful Kings Beach is a very short drive. Grocery shopping is just down the road for using the fully stocked kitchen for BBQ's, although the restaurants nearby are delicious also. The property is beautiful and the house is immaculate. The upper and lower decks are a great place to relax and read a book, hot tub or enjoy a BBQ dinner overlooking the big blue lake. This is a destination spot we will be returning to for years to come.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beaver Lodge! The name alone starts the trip off right! Great space, very comfortable, and well kept amenities. Close to Safeway, gas, the lake, Northstar, the Ritz, and restaurants. Outside of the carpet needing attention from all the previously cleaned spots/stains, the beds, couches, chairs, tables, bathrooms, towels, hot tub, were all very well kept and clean! The BBQ worked great, and came in very useful for some delicious steaks after a long day of skiing. We enjoyed a few movies out of the modest, but well selected movie library. My kids had a great time. Looking forward to going again!

Owner's Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay at the Beaver Lodge! Unfortunately, when we replaced the carpet at the home, we selected carpet that was too light. The carpets are steam cleaned twice per year before the summer and winter seasons, but by the end of the season they are typically showing stains. We are planning a remodel that would replace most of the carpet with hardwood and slate. I hope you can return!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the Beaver Lodge. The home was clean and well-maintained and the hot tub and pool table was very much appreciated. The owner went above and beyond in answering my requests, questions, and concerns. My friends and I were also grateful for the blue binder full of resources. The Beaver Lodge is conveniently located to Northstar and Kings Beach. I will definitely come back to this property and will recommend it to friends and relatives. Thank you!

This was such a conveniently located, comfortable home. We felt it was very clean and well maintained, and we enjoyed the local restaurants. We even went to an art show along the beach. The owner was extremely accommodating and available. We had a fabulous time!
