Christiana Seven is a clean, well kept, large and beautiful two bedroom+loft unit with three bathrooms. Boasting easy access with ground level entry, this end unit condo has more than 1400 square feet of living space. Now, newly upgraded with more than $60,000 of recent upgrades in Summer/Fall 2006 through Summer 2009, including new Pella windows and Hunter Douglas treatments on the North side of the unit. Up to eight or nine people will sleep comfortably in our two large 1st floor bedrooms and 3rd floor loft. The three bathrooms add to the convenience, including an in unit washer and dryer. There are two reserved parking spaces in front of the unit for your use. One of only seven Christiana units, #7 is set in the lodge pole pines. We are located on Columbine Road - easy walking distance to Quicksilver Chairlift (five minutes) and just one block from Main Street.

All cooking conveniences are at your disposal including a Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, and Crock Pot, as well as a full selection of pots and pans, platters, dinnerware, utensils and spices. We have new linens for all bedrooms and bathrooms.
The living room with vaulted ceiling boasts a new 40 inch HD TV and stereo with cable, DVR, Blu-ray player, CD and MP3 options. We have added a DSL (WiFi) Internet connection for easy email access at your home away from home. You can cozy up to the fireplace and enjoy a well stocked, seasonal selection of books, games, DVDs and videos. Just outside the living room is a balcony with a stainless steel gas Barbecue and backup propane tank. There is a washer and dryer inside the condominium (in addition to the complex) plus an ironing board, iron, and laundry supplies for your use. We offer storage for skis, boards, and boots in our freshly painted and tiled entry hall. Also, we are part of the renovated Columbine/Motherlode swimming area that offers a year-round heated pool and 2 outdoor & 2 indoor hot tubs.

Julie and Scott Heck have always had a love for the mountains and outdoor adventure. After visiting Colorado and Breckenridge many times they were fortunate enough to relocate to the Denver area in 2004. By budgeting carefully after moving from California, they were able to purchase a condo in Breckenridge shortly thereafter. They have updated and upgraded the Christiana condo and currently manage its rentals. Since they began renting the condo when they were not using it, and it had such a high rental demand, they purchased 67 Gold King during the summer of 2007. They continue to enjoy all the year round activities that Breckenridge has to offer. Julie and Scott especially love to ski, with their two children who prefer snowboarding in the winters. During the summers, they enjoy amazing hikes, biking all around Summit County, whitewater rafting, and going to explore nearby towns. After vacationing and visiting Colorado and Breckenridge many times, we found that there were still so many things that we wanted to do in and around Breckenridge. This still holds true after living just over an hour away for over six years.
