New Year's Eve in Miami

We rented this condo to celebrate New Year's Eve in Miami. It was wonderful! The description of the unit is completely accurate. The unit is clean and fully equipped. The comlex is meticulously maintained with beautiful grounds and two pools. It is perfectly located. We were able to walk everywhere and rarely used our car. I loved the views from our balcony....the sunsets overlooking the bay were my favorite. Would definitely recommend this property.

My husband and I recently moved back to the US from Europe. We stayed in Dave's apartment for 7 weeks while waiting for our furniture. Both the apartment and the location lived up to the reviews easily. It is clean, well-appointed, fully stocked with towels, linens, and dishes, and an extremely comfortable bed. Dave is a great landlord - responsive, but not obtrusive. Although the Flamingo resort is busy, the apartment is quiet. You can truly park your car and walk to all of the locations that Miami Beach offers. Definitely recommend for both short and long-term vacationers or business travellers.

I cannot say anything good about this unit. The layout and the appointments are impeccable. Everything you need to make you feel at home are at your disposal. Furthermore, you are within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We stayed four days, and after one day we wanted to stay for an additional three days, but the unit had been rented to another family. However, we are already planning to return to this unit this coming spring. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to visit South Beach.

Have just returned from a 9 day stay in this condo and have no hesitation in writing a very positive review. I am always a little suspicious of the term Luxury as it is often used inappropriately but not so with this one. The condo is beautifully presented and you feel like you really are on a luxury vacation. The Flamingo resort is very stylish and the location within South Beach is perfect for those like me who after a day out driving like to lock the car away and explore all manner of entertainment locally on foot. Also sitting on the balcony you have a fabulous view of downtown Miami leaving you in no doubt where you are. I'm already booking next year which for my wife and I is unheard of.

We had a great time in Miami. It always helps when you have a lovely place to stay at, and this condo was just the ticket. Clean, spacious and close to shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Miami.

The apartment was great. The pictures are not deceiving (smile). It is within 4 or 5 short blocks (easy walk) to Ocean Drive and the Lincoln Road shops. The apartment is very nice. It has a great view of the bay and the pool from the patio. It has an ATM in the lobby. It has a spa in the building that does nail care, massages, skin care, etc.
I will return for another fabulous vacation!

We had a wonderful week -everything is so close and we adored being able to sit on the bay at sunset and watch the cruise ships go by. The apartment is clean, fresh and has everything you could ever want. There are wonderful places to eat and shop close by and lots to see and do. We will return next year -Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Great place to stay! We rented this property for two weeks and loved it! The condo is very spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The condo is near everything. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend this condo.

Hi David.
We have arrived safely back home in Orillia, Ontario. The winter weather has been quite severe here since we arrived five days ago so we really miss the 70 and 80 degree temperatures we enjoyed in Miami. It is nice to be home though.
Bev and I were quite pleased with your condo. It was spotlessly clean, easy to keep clean and everything we required for a 10 day vacation was there for our use. The bundle buggy is a great idea and is a necessity for bringing in all manner of packages.
The resort is spectacular. After a few days seeing the Miami sights we spent most of our time going for walks in the surrounding neighbourhoods and shopping areas then spent the remainder of the day at one of the two pools. Hot spas too. We walked to the ocean a few times but we preferred sitting by the pools. All in all we had a great vacation. 10 days of sunshine and warm temperatures.
I recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean and comfy place to stay. The resort is top notch and the surrounding shopping is within walking distance and is a great way to get some exercise and enjoy the local community.
Thanks again David. We're not sure what our future holiday plans are but if we head back to Miami I will get in touch.
