Perfect! Can't Wait to Go Back!

If you've been looking for the perfect place to stay on Maui, you can stop searching. This is it!
What a wonderful place! The cottage is beautifully updated and immaculate. It's stocked with everything you could need or want. The kitchen is great, the bathroom is fantastic (especially the huge shower), the beds are comfortable, the living room is cozy, the deck with its table and chairs and brand-new grill is perfect. Linda and Harry have thought of everything - they provide beach towels, coolers, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, you name it.
What really makes this place great, though, is Linda and Harry. We have never stayed anywhere where the owners are so invested in making sure their guests are happy. It makes all the difference in the world. From the welcome basket containing fabulous local fruits, candies, coffees, and teas, to the homemade mango bread, to the little gifts for the kids, Harry and Linda went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and felt welcome.
We went to Maui thinking it would be a once-in-a-lifetime trip, but after staying with Linda and Harry, we're going to make sure we get back again to visit. Mahalo!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautifully renovated cottage. We were comfortable at all times, and the cottage was packed with every thing you can think of that would be needed during a vacation (fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, towels, snorkels, goggles, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, etc. to small details like packing tape, board games, books and videos.)
Everything in the cottage was so clean and neat, stores were within walking distance, and to top it all off, the beach was 30 seconds away!! We got out of bed, into our swimsuits and were in the ocean without any hazzle. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves, and it was a very safe and pleasant beach with sand and not overwhelming waves. Better than a pool by far!!!
We are just so pleased with everything. When we come back, there is no question where we would like to stay! Thank you Linda & Harry so much for taking so good care of us and making our vacation a perfect one!

After a week in Belize, we finished our honeymoon at this beautiful cottage on Maui. The pictures are very accurate, with the exception of the beach...it's more beautiful than we expected.
Although the ad represents the property well, what you don't see are all the extras there waiting for you. Ready for the beach? Chairs, umbrellas, towels and beach toys are on hand. Wanna' snorkel? Your fins and snorkel are already there. Feel like a cook-out? Fire up the grill on your lanai and don't worry, the spices you normally use are all in the cabinet. Fresh fruit is in the gift basket on the counter top and shampoo/conditioner are already in the shower. It is immaculately clean from top to bottom, with a washer/dryer on site so you can be too!
The owners are just a phone call away and, before you know it, they'll have you feeling like family.
This was truly a home away from home!

It's not just that Linda and Harry are wonderful people. It's not just that the location is stunning. It's not just that the beach is always empty and the neighbourhood is ideal. It's not just that everything (shopping and services) is at a casual distance without being on your lap. It's all of the above.
We had a fabulous visit. Linda and Harry provided everything we needed and offered so much more. The cottage was fabulous - clean, scrupulously maintained and wonderfully appointed. It was everything we had hoped for and more. When the rest of our family stopped by for visits from their "luxury condos" elsewhere on the island, they were green with envy.
The cottage was quiet, private, safe, thoroughly equiped, perfectly located, and the beach was wonderful. I particularly enjoyed seeing the club competitions out in the bay. We were close to everything without having to tolerate crowds. The local people were friendly and generous with their time and we couldn't have had a better holiday. I can't recommend this property highly enough.

The mangos were in season while they were here, and they got to eat their fill from our tree in the yard, next to their cottage!

We got a very warm Lei-Welcom from Linda&Harry, the owners. They are so kind, friendly, helpful and alwyas there if we needed something.
The descripton of the house&property outdid all our expecttations!
The house was so clean, well equipped with everything you wish for,kittchen, bathroom,livingroom etc. and it all worked perfectly!!!
Outside we barbecued our Mahi Mahi or T-bone steak on the porch under a big Mangotree, where we could pick the ripe ones day by day.
A very short walk across the green lawn, the road-which we didn`t really hear-we reached the long, long strech of beach and the sea.
One reason why we also liked it so much, the property is so close to restaurants, shops, shopping centers, the Swap Meet on Saturdays!, entertainment, other beaches villages etc. and still not so touristy. What I mean - we really got the Hawaiian touch.
To make a long story short, we really recommend the cottage to everybody. I gave the adress and pictures to my sister, working in a travell office in Zurich, Switzerland.

KIHEI COTTAGE ACROSS FROM BEACH

Just returned from our 2nd visit to Maui. We loved the cottage, especially the CENTRAL LOCATION to such a beautiful stretch of beach. The cottage wasn't lacking for anything. It had a wonderful 'welcome basket', juice & water in fridge and fresh flowers. The grounds were well kept and did I mention the great location to Lahaina, Wailea and the North Shore. The cottage was nicely decorated and laid out with a FULLY stocked kitchen and brand new gas grill for us to use. We spent a lot of time in Lahaina area - surfing, eating, walking on beach, etc. so the location again was ideal. Highly recommend Mama's Fish House (near Paia) on beach with great food. It can be pricey but is worth it. We miss Maui already.
