A true home away from home! Every room was so well furnished. Extra pillows, extra towels, plenty of serving ware in the kitchen. The location to everything was just perfect. I felt like we were in the center of all the businesses up and down Padre Blvd. We were able to walk to many places. We were in SPI for a cheer competition so there were several families there. Many were quite envious of our location and accommodations. We had more than enough room and we were paying about the same as many of the other families who only had hotel rooms/suites with micro/fridges!
The owner and real estate company went above and beyond when it came to taking care of us!! They made the entire rental process so easy!!
You will be more than pleased if you stay at this house!!

Great Vacation Getaway

The owners of this property are super nice and were easy to make all arrangements with. The landscape in the backyard around the pool is beautiful. The house is located in an excellent area- right in the center of shopping area's, near stores, and the beach. We all had a great time at Schlitterbahn one day, and the beach one day but also highly enjoyed hanging at the house and swimming in the pool. We had kids with us ranging in age from 7-19 yrs old and they all had a blast. We did not eat out, We cooked all our meals to save money. The HEB in Port Isabel is very affordable. The kitchen has all the appliances and dishes you will need. The beds are super comfortable and the lay out of the house works very well. We stayed 3 nights and wish we had stayed 4-5 nights. You will love this house with its own private pool!!

our stay at south padre island

we have stayed in different places at south padre island for the last 15 years that my family and I have been going. but this place beats all, we enjoyed it so much. most of the time we gathered at the pool and ate dinner on the patio. we were 1/2 a block (walking distance) to the beach, stores were right around the block, we walked everywhere!!! i recommend this place to everyone of all ages. we had the family which consisted of age 7 to 48 years of age and all enjoyed!! very clean and well taken care of, slept 12 very comfortable. we will for sure be back in years to come. thank you so much!!!! recommend highly to everyone!!!!

This house was really cute, decorated nicely, slept comfortably. Walking distance to the beach. The back patio and pool was very nicely landscaped. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental.

My group went down just hang out and sip a cold one by the pool, and that is exactly what we did. We had a blast! Thank you to the owner, the house was perfect and the patio was the icing on the cake. We will be returning to South Padre and to this beach house. thanx again

This rental was great! Much more than expected. Easy walk to beach that wasn't over crowded. Great location as we walked to almost everything. The pool and patio area was where we spent most of our time, lots of room and beautiful landscape. We went down for a friend's birthday so there was a mix of travelers the split upstairs and downstairs worked perfectly. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. I really can't wait to go back.
