Absolutely Awesome!!!

The condo is exactly like the pictures and more. The view as you walk into the unit is awesome. Blue waters fill up the windows. The two BRs were a good size and the view from the Master BR was great to wake up to.

The LR doors opened up all the way (all three doors) to the terrace. Nice.

The bathrooms were new and beautiful, and the shower was to die for. I love a rain shower. And the room was well ventilated -- with a teak window in the shower stall with wooden slats -- which is important for a small bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The blender was a nice touch. There is maid service, however there is a dishwasher if you need it. The washer/dryer was also great to drying off wet bathing suits.

The TV's were nice. We didn't really watch TV, other than seeing the weather reports. The computer was also great. We had a couple of problems, but the owner had the problems fixed immediately. There were intermittent blackouts on the island, so it would interrupt service (I think). Overall, it was all great. And the Vonage phone was awesome for calling the states. That was a big help.

The unit is on the 2nd floor (walk up) and overlooks Simpson Bay. There were dedicated chaise chairs and floats locked up right on the beach. Easy breezy. Oh yes, and the pool felt great too. Just the right temperature.

The street is quiet and runs along the beach. There is security at night, so all is safe. If you don't have a car, you can walk to plenty of restaurants and shops. However to explore the island, you should rent a car.

Overall, my friends and I had a excellent time staying at this unit and we would definitely come back. A+++ from all three of us.

This unit is spectacular! The pictures do not do it justice! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We have been to SXM many times and after staying here we could not stay anywhere else again.

We had a fabulous vacation in St. Maarten (Aug08). We want to thank you for letting us share your Sea Place Villa which is absolutely gorgeous! We've rented condos at other vacation destinations, but nothing compared to your villa. From your beautiful appointments (love the patio doors that open to the lanai--great feature)to the great location on Simpson Bay with beautiful beach views of the Caribbean. Nothing beats being lulled to sleep each night with the sound of waves right outside your door.

Jean, Hermine and Candy were a delight to talk to and very helpful. Enjoyed talking to some locals too. St. Martin really is the 'friendly' island...

We toured the island every day, visited many beautiful beaches (uncrowded--maybe an advantage visiting in the low season), and enjoyed great food and shopping!

We look forward to another trip to St Maarten and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Dear Linda,

My daughters, granddaughters and I returned yesterday from our "all girls" week away (celebrating my daughter's completion of her doctoral program at CalTech) where we stayed at your villa for a wonderful week in St. Maarten.

Because we enjoyed the lanai overlooking the beach so much, and had a gas grill to cook on, we ended up eating out only once -- our first night!

It was also great to have the Vongage free calling to the US and a computer with high speed internet access. The beds are very comfortable and I slept better than I have in ages. Hermine and Candy were so nice, and my granddaughters fell in love with Simpson.

I can highly recommend Sea Place to anyone visiting St. Maarten and agree with another poster that the villa is even nicer than your photos show.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously, and Sea Place was the perfect place for us. We would love to come again.
