Enjoy warmth & sunshine in this upscale country club setting in Palm Desert, California! The nearest of the heated 25 pools and hot tubs available to you is less than 100 yards from your door! Use of the on-site tennis courts and well-equipped fitness center are part of your rental package. Golf is available at the on site semi-private Desert Falls Country Club. The clubhouse features a restaurant and bar which are also open to the public.

From our second floor unit with vaulted ceilings, you can relax on the south facing sun filled back patio while watching golfers pass by on the lush 15th and 16th fairways. View your favorite television and on the 42' flat screen HDTV, one of three TVs in the unit.

My husband and I love the relaxation and amenities that the desert has to offer. We purchased this condominium as our own weekend getaway, and we decorated the unit to our taste. We later moved our primary home to the desert area, so we now offer our condominium to you to enjoy as your home away from home!

Why The Owner chose Palm Desert

The south facing balcony on the double fairway provides for comfort and warmth throughout the winter season accompanied by continuous entertainment by the golfers passing by. The closest pool is directly across the street, providing for very convenient access to swimming, sunbathing, and dips in the jacuzzi.

We were fortunate enough to find this lovely Condo in Desert Falls...everything was in perfect condition. The condo was lovely. Had 25 pools to choose from and was very quiet and private. The owners were more than gracious and accomodating. It was close to restaruants, Costco, markets. Looking forward to returning soon!

Great condo for holidays. Lots of room, very clean, and everything worked. The owners were very easy to deal with, they answered all our questions quickly and sent the security deposit back as soon as we were gone. They seemed concerned that we enjoyed our time there and that everything was as they said. Great golf course too, and easy to book a time.

We had a wonderful stay March 1 to March 3, 2010 and found everything perfect and was pleased to even meet the owners who were installing a new flat screen tv. We loved the central location to everything we wanted as we were house hunting on this trip. Nothing was not as we would have wanted it. Just a great place and so much more room and peace than in any hotel so we highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was probably the cleanest and best stocked rental we have ever stayed at. The sectional couch in the living room is huge and comfy.
We would definitely stay here again.
