"Where do I begin? The house was AWESOME!!!! My wedding was great, but I have to say, letting us rent yur home left us speechless! We had the best time ever! Everythng was perfect...we were trying to figure out how we could just stay there and take care of it for you forever! We did some fishing everyday, got several fish......I just wanted to thank you for everything that you have
done. We look forward to coming back again. We were thinking Labor Day, but we figured you had that rented already - you should be very proud of your place!

Mark asked that we send you info about the house in Pensacola. All I can say was our trip was fantastic. The house was more than we expected and we could not felt anymore at home. The pictures do not do it justice and I will stay there again.

We had a great time at this very clean well maintained property.
The boat, pool and hot tube were a fantastic bonus for a vacation rental to have and we enjoyed every one of them. The property was located very close to all fast foods, a must for vacation; diet when you get home. I have recommended this property to several family members and friends and will rent it again.

We had a great time during the 2nd week in June at Marks house. We only had one issue with the power in the bathroom going out, and it was as simple as the circuit breaker being reset. My in-laws met us at the house, and there was plenty of space. The house is decorated beautifully, and we were able to stay connected with our online business with the internet access (wireless) as we enjoyed the fresh air around the pool. VERY RELAXING! I already inquired about booking for next year!

Returned home an hour or so ago from our Pensacola vacation and must say we LOVED it! The house was just as described. Perfect location and great size/layout. Had a 17, 18 and 21 year old and my husband and myself and stayed 5 days. Cooked lots in the kitchen, swam whenever we wanted in the pool, lounged in the jacuzzi and had a blast boating! Got to enjoy seeing the dolphins swimming in the bay, the Blue Angels air show and Ft Pickens all by boat! Must say that the boat was the perfect finishing touch for the vacation!! Had a question or two and called and got immediate answers, which worked out great. Would love to do this again SOON - just have to wait for my job to schedule our next summers vacation time! We stayed in marks house for a week in june, and we had a great time. We had one issue with the boat...a dead battery, but mark was helpful in showing us how to charge it, then we were back on the water. The pool was nice, and the spa really allowed us to relax while the kids were in the pool. With increasing gas prices, we were very thankful that mark allowed us to use his boat (saved on gas since we didn't have to trailer my own boat down). We will definately be back next year!

My family of 4 and inlaws all stayed here in may. We had 8 people total and had plenty of space. The convenience of having a house to stay in and a private pool and back porch were great. The dock was fun for the guys to fish off of. We had a few problems though. When we got there the hot tub was nasty and we ended up having to drain, scrub/sanitize, and refill the tub taking over 24 hrs for the whole thing to finish and reheat the water. This was disappointing as we had hoped to use it the first night. The airbed kept deflating by the end of the night on the kids. The master bedroom matress was very hard. The boat was acting funny when my hubby took it out so he came back early. Out of the 4 emails I sent Mark, it would take a while to hear back or no response. We didn't feel he was very involved once we got there. He was very helpful before the trip though. T

We really enjoyed your home and especially your quick responses to our questions. The house was beautiful, the boat worked great, and we will definitely return next year!
