Perfect For Women Travelling Alone

This immaculate condo is situated close to all amenities in an extremely well-maintained and quiet gated complex. The neighbourhood is very safe and we enjoyed walking and running throughout this area, feeling at ease both during the day and night. Our landlords, Dave and Dick, as well as complex residents, were very friendly and helpful.

The condo, which has recently been renovated and freshly painted, is very tastefully decorated and is well stocked with linens, cooking utensils, and dishes. The beds and furniture are comfortable. All appliances and electronic equipment are relatively new and very functional. All rooms, including the bathrooms are very spacious and the large kitchen allows two "cooks" to enjoy the space together.

We thoroughly enjoyed the morning sun on the patio as well as the fact that this unit is in a low traffic area in the complex. When our toddler grandson visited, the proximity of the pool was an added bonus. We also appreciated the covered parking facility, free long-distance calling to Canada, high-speed internet access, and the computer printer.

We really can't put into words how great this condo is -- we were extremely proud to show it to friends and family who visited us during our month-long stay in Palm Springs. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for first-class accommodation in Palm Springs -- we plan to rent it again!

We were very pleased with the accomodations. The decor was exceptional. Some people that came to see us said it was like pages out of "Better Homes and Gardens" We enjoyed eating breakfast daily on the patio, and enjoyed using the kitchen. Everything was very neat and clean and well arranged. All appliances and electronic equipment were working well. We appreciated the telephone service. The beds were very comfortable. Hot tub and swiimming pool excellent.

Our first visit to Palm Springs was a joy. This Condo is perfect in every way. Spotlessly clean, exceptionally well equipped, couldn't want for anything more. Beautiful decor and furniture and very comfortable beds. The heated pool and spa was just outside our door. We felt very safe and secure and everyone was very friendly. We were very well taken care of by our landlords Dave & Dick who were on hand to welcome us and get us orientated. It was also very nice of them to have wine and food for us on our arrival as we were very tired after a long flight. We just had to unpack our suitcases, relax and enjoy. Its perfect for guests without cars as grocery store, library, church, golf etc are within half mile walk,and bus stop is outside the gate. We enjoyed every minute of our 6 week stay and will be back again in the future. We very highly recommend this Condo.

Spotless, stylishly decorated with comfortable furnishings, lovely art work and a fully equipped kitchen. Plus, Dave and Dick are the best landlords you could find; genuinely nice guys who care about their tenants. They will do whatever they can to make your stay worry free and relaxing. Great patios, views, pool, spa and very friendly neighbors. Centrally located, lots of restaurants and activities nearby. We are nearing the end of our 5 month stay and will be back next winter. I know it will feel like coming home
