Reviews of Property: Sun Filled, Gated community, The Pointe Condos at Tapatio Cliffs

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo! Our traveling group was very pleased with the accommodations. Our three year old daughter loved being able to play on the balcony. We were pleased with the amenities and the kitchen for cooking. A great rental and we definitely recommend it for a vacation.

We loved the unit...it was 5 mins. from family and grandchildren. It was a great floor plan, the seperate bedrooms and baths were terrific. If I would change anything it would be a table on the patio to enjoy the beautiful morning and lunch dining in the sun. I would recommend this for families, couples and a great vacation getaway.

We would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Phoenix area. The complex is well kept with lovely landscaping and several fountains. Nice place to stroll around. There are three pools in the complex, so you can usually find one that’s not crowded. In fact, we had one of the pools to ourself on a Sunday afternoon. The inside of the condo was very comfortable, clean and well decorated. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends.

This home was well equipped and clean. Conveniently located and a good value for the area. The resort access was a nice plus!

Just back from our whirlwind long weekend trip into Phoenix. Loved our stay at the Condo (minor mist-step by the cleaning service re: our arrival date, but not a huge issue thankfully and easily and quickly resolved).

The Condo is nice, quiet and well set up for visitors.
We would certainly recommend this place for those who are looking at a location that says "Phoenix, AZ!!" (gotta love those mountain views so close by!)

We enjoyed our stay so very much at this condo. It was clean, very comfortable and we felt at home here. Close to so many great attractions and shopping. This gated community also offers great security. We loved the salt water pool that was close to our condo, and spent many hours relaxing there. Have recommended this home away from home to friends and family.

We just returned from our very first visit to Phoenix. I say first - becuase it certainly wont be our last. Part of what made it so enjoyable was the condo we rented from Colleen and Terry. We had never done the condo rental thing before so were a little aprehensive. Now I cant go back to a hotel. What a great place. There isnt anything that isnt their for your convenience and its tastefully done. The complex is outstanding and VERY central. The Goulets provide alot of helpful information prior to our departure and were more than accomodating. We couldnt have had a better time. I will definately rent from the Goulets next time we are in Phoenix.

This Property is in a GREAT location, close to freeways and major roads, but not too close for noise problems. 20 minutes to the airport. Easy access to museums, shopping malls, close to golf, hiking, and grocery stores. The condo is very nice, and stocked with all you need for your stay. It is clean and comfrotable. Beds are comfy. Towels and linens are in abundance. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo, each with a washroom close by. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was great, not having to share or use coin operated ones. The internet connection went over well as our daughters had papers due after the holiday and could continue to reseach. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. We never had any noise problems throughout the stay. The owners are wonderful to deal with and make all efforts to make sure you have any information you may need. They also respond very quickly to e-mails. I would recommend this condo to friends.
