Immaculate condo

We just returned from our heavenly vacation. This condo is wonderful, spotless clean and so well stocked with all the necessary items for a great vacation. The book of menus from the local restaurants was a great help, too. The area of the condo was excellent, close to restaurants, etc. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunrise.

We can say that we it was definitely one of our favourite apartments ever - to wake in the morning to see the sun rise over the sea - we were soon up to sit on the balcony taking in the waves and wading birds. Very special for us as we are from the heart of England some distance from the sea. The apartment itself was brilliant, everything we needed and more was provided for. Spacious, light and with great views, even two parents in need of a holiday fix and two teenagers with their own stresses could cohabit successfully. If it wasn't for three thousand miles we'd have already been asking about availability of long weekends!

Our experience with condo was almost perfect very clean, organized. Condo was home away from home view was spectacular ocean breeze balcony. Tons of things to do within walking distance from condo.And the pier grill restaurant was excellent . Everything we did was great.And for the beach the garage was filled with everything you would need to have fun on the beach boogie boards, umbrella, coolers sand toys, beach games ect. Plenty of linens as well. Our family vacation with 2 adults 2 children the place was perfect and the area was nice to real laid back we will return and I would recommend this condo to anyone..

We stayed here May 9-16, 2009. Extremely clean condo that has everything you could possibly want and more. Very sunny and bright and the decor is very tropical. Lots of dishes, glassware, pots & pans and a blender for frozen drinks. There are plenty of towels and beach supplies including coolers and beach totes. She even has a large basket filled with essentials in the bathroom closet just in case you forget something. The views from both the living area and bedroom are spectacular. We were able to watch the shuttle launch. Lots of things to do and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Delicious chinese food directly across the street from condo. Washer and dryer conveniently located in kitchen. Large clean pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Parking garage underneath for the car. We would love to come back and stay here again next year.

Just home from a wonderful vacation and staying at the Boardwalk Condo was a big part of that. :) We were very happy with all the amenities, the immaculate condition, the views, the easy access to and from the unit (elevator), the very well stocked kitchen, the bath necessities, the beach toys, chairs, etc. It truly is like walking into your own home and we were very sad to leave. We would love to spend more time there next year.

We had a great stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday, and this condo was a big part of that. I was shocked at how well-stocked the kitchen was -- most places we've stayed have had minimal utensils and cookware. I didn't even have to buy oil or seasonings to cook our meals. Amenities were tops in this condo. The kids were thrilled with all the toys and books in their room, and the dining area. It was great to have the beach towels, beach chairs, and a wide selection of beach toys too. The beach itself was very nice, and we enjoyed the views from the deck too. Overall our experience at Cocoa Beach, and at this condo was great. I would definitely recommend it for families.

You have everything there - nothing is missed.
An unbelievable nice view from the living-room, parents bed room and even from the kitchen.
We felt immediately like 'at home' and enjoyed a wonderful week there.
Supermarkets, restaurants are in a short distance and a bar (with nice live music) next door!

Rental contact was very good. They give perfect assistance and information.

We just returned from staying at Coco Beach. This unit is wonderful!! There are so many amenities, from all the beach equipement, all the beach towles and so much more. The kitchen is fully equipped and has so many little extras. The book with all the restaurants and stores was very helpful.The view is wonderful. Saw many beautiful sunsets. We really loved having the pool to ourself most of the time. If I ever go back to this area I will want to stay in this unit . If any one is going to Coco Beach this is the place to stay!!. Thanks for a great week.
