Beautiful!

We actually would have rated this rental as excellent, but the kitchen was such a disarray. Several dishes were not clean, so we cleaned all of them (the coffee pot probably had not been wiped down for quite awhile), items were scattered, for example plates and glasses were in separate cabinets, not all together, which made it hard to find things, and we had to buy a can opener since there wasn't one. But overall, we enjoyed the house and felt everything else was in order. The backyard was awesome and we enjoyed sitting out there for dinner and at night just to relax. We would recommend it to others.

I stayed at this home with my family for almost a week. It was very well maintained and comfortable. Great location since it wasn't too far from San Juan or other tourist attractions. It was a great place to unwind after a full day of being out. The backyard was extremely relaxing especially with the coqui that apparenly live in the palm trees. The only drawback was the pool was on a timer so when we would have liked to enjoy it the most in the evening we couldn't. Besides that it was a great vacation and the accomodations definitely added to the whole experience. I would recommend this home to others.

I spent a week at this lovely home with my husband, 2 year old twins and my aunt and counsin. We loved the house - the small pool was perfect for the kids, and perfect for a refreshing dip while taking sun. The outdoor bbq and dining area served us well, as we entertained some friends and family who live in PR. And, the outside lounge area was a great place just to relax.

The house is also located in a very convenient place, near shopping and dining.

We would definitely look to return to this house in the future.

My fiancé and I had a vacation of a lifetime in Puerto Rico. This house was is absolutely beautiful! From the moment we drove up we felt a sense of tranquility and relaxation. When you walk into the house you are greeted with the soothing sounds of a small water fountain tucked away nicely underneath the staircase. The house is equipped with every amenity I have at home which was very convenient. It was clean and decorated with a modern tropical style that complimented the home nicely. The house is very big with an open floor plan that gives it a nice flow. The outdoor pool area was my favorite part of the house. We spent countless hours sunbathing and relaxing by the pool sipping cocktails. The house is also conveniently located a short distance away from the Embassy Suites Hotel which has a beautiful secluded beach area as well as a nice bar area where you can get the best food and drinks! The people there were very friendly. On Thursday and Friday nights they have a salsa band playing there and there’s even a dance floor, it’s a ton of fun! The house is also located only a couple of blocks away from a grocery store and a CVS pharmacy. It is easy to get around the island, especially if you want to go to San Juan or Isla Verde, which is only a 20-30 minute drive from the house. We even drove to el Yunque which I highly recommend to anyone that goes to PR. There you will find the most spectacular views of the island and beautiful hiking trails. Overall we had an awesome time in Puerto Rico, the island is beautiful, the people are friendly and the house is amazing. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wants to have a fun and relaxing vacation in paradise.
