A Real Vacation!

We rented this condo in July 2009. The condo was clean and contained everything needed for a beach vacation. We enjoyed listening to the surf all day long and had fun swimming in the warm blue water.

We would recommend this condo for an enjoyable holiday.

This beautiful condo was absolutely perfect for our honeymoon to Hawaii! We loved waking up and falling asleep to the surf - the bedroom being right off of the lanai was an absolute luxury! We grilled in the common grill area two nights, this was a nice convenience. Everyone we met at the cabanas was very kind and welcoming. We would recommend this condo as an absolutely fantastic place to just kick back and relax. It also allowed us to enjoy the absolute beauty of Oahu! The condo had all of the conveniences of home also, and Shelley's "goodie tray" had great snacking selections and local coffee which was much appreciated. After busy days touring the island, it was nice to come back to the serenity of Makaha Beach, so much better than the hustle and bustle of Waikiki.

This well appointed and outfitted unit sits directly on a quiet beach and provides the perfect base for your Hawaiian adventure. Lots of snorkeling and beaching right out the door. Some town feel and lots of friendly people makes you feel like part of the community. Although a little remote all destinations, PCC, Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, Northshore are easily accessible by car.

This is the perfect place to have your first Hawaii vacation! The location is so peaceful much better than the hustle and bustle of Waikiki & Honolulu. If you're looking for serene, private and luxury accommodations this is the place. The condo is more than the pictures allow! Clean and spacious...just picture perfect. I was very impressed with the decor.
Shelley was prompt with all correspondence and very helpful in getting us around the island. She provides all the info one could need about the surrounding area and must see hot spots. Not to mention a well thought out welcome package sure to bring a smile to your face.
Ko Olina Resort is not to be missed with its lagoons and outstanding restaurant..Roy's. By far the best meal on the island! You absolutely must drive the entire island as each area (North Shore, Windward side - Chinaman's Hat, Diamond Head and Leeward side- Makaha, Central) offer very different views of Hawaiian culture.

If you want "peace" and "beauty" while in the comfort of your own condo then this is the place for you. The online pictures barely do justice to the view from this condos lanai. Of all the condos we have stayed at this place has the most beautiful beach and ocean view. Absolutely loved it especially eating our meals on the neat granite counter the owners installed on the lanai railing. Pull up a stool and have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset all while watching the view!
This condo is very well maintained, the owners are gracious and helpful. All the amenities one needs are available. Short drive to many attractions but still away from all the hustle and bustle of the everyday goings on. rom this homebase we travelled all over the island.
Definitely would come back here again.

This condo is beautiful, modern, and comfortable. It has all of the necessities you need. The sunset view is spectacular. It is right on the beach so you can't go wrong. Thank you Shelley for making my first trip to Hawaii memorable. I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends.

I took my mother on her first trip to Hawai'i, and I wanted to be able to escape the "hustle and bustle" of Waikiki. The condo was perfect. It was homely, comfortable, emmaculently clean, and Shelley was an awesome host and very helpful. She really made us feel at home, even if it was only for a little while. The sounds of the waves made the experience too good to be true, and I can still hear them in my mind. The seclusion and nearly private beach was well worth the drive to Waikiki...although be prepared for traffic. We shopped at Tamura's for groceries and cocktails, which we got to enjoy on our lanai while admiring the beauty of Hawai'i. I would most definately recommend this property to anyone searching for a remote getaway in paradise. Thanks to Shelley for helping make my mom's trip close to perfect and for helping me make unforgettable memories with my mom that I will carry with me always.
