I've had the opportunity to stay in this warm, comfortable, deluxe, immaculate 2 bedroom retreat! And, I must say, that I felt pampered with all the attention to details like soaps, lotions, spices, bathrobes, surround sound, wineglasses, and impeccable taste in furnishings...just to name a few!! Although I only stayed a weekend, I could have stayed a month or even moved in and would have only needed to bring my clothes. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows...WoW...soft, clean, and fresh! Thank you, Jill...what a very relaxing and exquisite weekend. And, I appreciate your attention to my comfort during my stay. In my travels to Cocoa Beach, the 7 acre complex of Sandcastles, in my opinion, is the best location in Cocoa Beach and this 2 bedroom apartment is incredible! I will be booking with you again in the future...and I recommend anyone looking for a beach escape vacation to look no further than Jill's 2 units at the Sandcastles.

Our Family had the pleasure (& wisdom!) of selecting Jill's condo for our vacation in August 08. I cannot say enough great things about our stay. From the moment you arrive, you feel at home. Every amenity is there and waiting for you...you literally have to unpack and relax. The grounds are well maintained and there is always staff around should a problem arise. One evening we got home at ~1 am and were greeted by a staff member driving around. The beach is one of the best...large and clean. We have stayed on both the gulf and various ocean coasts, and this is truly among the best. We will certainly be staying again at Jill's lovely home. Thank you, Jill!

We certainly enjoyed the condo and Cocoa Beach was a fantastic place to vacation during our visit to Disney! I was a little nervous about renting from a private individual...but Jill was fantastic to work with!! The condo was everything she said it would be...all the little extras made our vacation sooooo much easier! The condo was clean and very nicely decorated....steps to the beach...fantastic! Jill was always helpful and was 'true' too her word, which meant a lot! I would certainly recommend Cocoa Beach and staying in Jill's condo to any family wanting a relaxed and stress free vacation.

Jill, the owner of this rental, is absolutely fantastic. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to stay at the unit. Nonetheless, our experience with Jill has been terrific. She promptly sent our refund (without even being asked) & has responded to every phone call & e-mail we've sent. She's pleasant, knowledgeable, & very professional. This is clearly a top-notch business! My only complaint is that we didn't get to actually have the pleasure of vacationing in one of her condos! We will definitely reserve one of her places before anywhere else on our next vacation!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Cocoa Beach and especially the condo. We have spent many vacations in condos and felt this one was the best! I really appreciated all the extras that we needed such as the kitchen spices, plentiful towels and sunscreen. The kids loved the space, beach toys and the view was incredible. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean is our definition of paradise. Thanks Jill for a wonderful stay and a professional rental experience.

Wonderful rental with all the amenties and steps to the beach!! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We spent an entire week on the space coast with our 2 young sons (4 yrs and 1 yr) and absolutely had a fabulous time. The condo unit suited us perfectly. 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and dream kitchen! Thank you Jill for the crib and high chair rental contact - it all worked out seemlessly. We'll definitly be back to unit 715.

We had a great time at Cocoa Beach celebrating my
daughter's birthday with her friends! The condo
was so nice - very clean and nicely decorated. It
had everything we needed. And the beds were very
comfortable! Groceries and pharmacies were near
by for supplies. The beach was beautiful - and not
as crowded in front of the Sandcastels as it was
down the beach. Thank you for the great stay.

We just returned from our recent stay in Sandcastles #715, and can't thank Jill enough for providing such a beautiful place to relax. We were so sick of winter here in Iowa City and just needed a place to escape with family. We have 2 teenage daughters and an 8 year old son, and all three felt right at home in Jill's condo. We all ventured out for a day at Disney World, and my son and husband took in a partial day at the Space Center. My oldest daughter and husband had great fun one evening at a baseball game, and the girls and I enjoyed nearby shopping. Jill's condo allowed us plenty of time to enjoy each other but plenty of space to escape from each other, too, as needed. The only thing I can think of that would have been better than this would be Jill's ocean front condo! Thanks again, Jill, for providing us everything we needed!

We had a terrific holiday in Cocoa Beach and our unit was beautifully decorated with a lovely view of the ocean. Jill made sure that our stay was everything that was promised.
