The '76' house is truly special. Designed by a famous architect, the lines in this home will blow you away! Wait until you see this beautiful contemporary home with museum sized skylights. The oversized slate fireplace welcomes you into the home that has a supporting cast of beautiful furniture and wonderful artwork. Three thousand square feet of everything you could ever wish for but were afraid to ask how much. We are serious about our toys and all of our guests are treated like royalty. 3 Sony DSS TV systems linked to modern TV’s. We take our music seriously too, big amp, multi disc CD player and big time speakers that are hooked up to the DSS music system. There are two game rooms in this house featuring a new Connley pool table and a competition grade foosball table.

The eight adult outdoor hot tub spa on your deck is perfect for those aches and pains and stars and Red Stripes! Everything in this house is less than one year old. Top of the line kitchen, full size washer and dryer and all Polo linens Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a half bathroom that is a freestanding shower, bringing the bathroom total to 2.5. Each game room has several futon sofas for extra credit. The steam shower is heavenly and the sauna can treat five skiers at the same time. The '76' house is another spectacular property located in Trailside Village and remember, it’s your vacation, not ours! This is a popular summer rental because of the custom central air conditioning system.

The Village 76 House is absolutely gorgeous and the perfect ski trip getaway. You get all the amenities and convenience of a hotel but with comfort and privacy of home. The house defines luxury and is much larger than it appears in pictures. The staff at skionskioff were super accomodating and were there upon arrival to present us with maps, tutorials on the trials, and discount rentals coupons. The house is fully stocked with plateware, glassware, linens, and towels(for the amazing hot tub on the secluded back deck). The front yard is basically right on the ski trail and from there it is only a short ride(for any level rider) down the mountain to the gondola.

Great for larger groups. We will definitley be returning to this property in the future. Amazing time.
