Excellent in all regards. Well furnished, functional, clean, well located. Local arrangements person was very helpful when questions arose. Would certainly rent same unit again.

This house was beautiful, and provided everything we needed for a fantastic first vacation to Kauai! We had a party of six, including four adults and two boys (14 and 9), and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was better than we expected, the location excellent. Deane and Kathy are wonderful owners, great communication and I think they thought of everything.

We appreciated having the beach towels, chairs, mats and snorkeling equipment provided, we did not need to rent anything. They were right, just bring your suits! All the information was absolutely accurate and spot-on. I have already recommended this home to a few different people, and we are plotting as to when we can make it back.

Princeville was great to come back to after a long day going elsewhere on the island. There was a store and a gas station, as well as restaurants and other shopping at the Princeville Center, just a few miles away from the house. There is so much to see and do, I only wish we had more time! I would definitely come back to this house. Also, the check-out procedure was incredibly easy. I really cannot say enough about this house, you will not be disappointed!

The house is ideal for a family vacation and we made use of all the beach gear than was in the garage and available for use. Other than a couple outdated / warn out older appliances/fixtures the house is very well set up. I will continue to check this property first for future vacations to Princeville. Thank you!

Lovely, large, clean, well appointed house for our three week stay in Prniceville. Location was ideal for enjoying the soft Hanelai summer and exploring the amazing island of Kauai. Owners provided all of the beach ammenities (boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkels, etc.). Our days started and ended on the beautiful Lanai. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My family of 8 loved our stay in this home. The home was just as described, the photos were accurate and we loved the wifi all over the house. The kitchen was stocked with the pans and utensils needed for our food prep. The grounds were well kept and within walking distance to the beach. We had 3 rental cars and the driveway had room for all three. The equipment in the garage was great, bikes, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs and more. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a great place to stay with a large family. Thank you so much for such a fun week!

Loved the location of this home! The view from the living room & kithen was most enjoyable. Really liked that the 3 bedrooms with the attached baths were separated from each other.

When we first arrived, the sun was shining and the Plumeria could be smelled everywhere we went...Then the rain hit and flooded the whole island out-worst storm in decades. We didn't get to go swimming and the idea of getting a tan was definitely laughable. We were apologized to by the locals (the nicest people on Earth) repeatedly for the incredibly bad weather. We were told it was rare.
All that being said, we may give Hawaii another try. Now about the house, it was great! Very nice, accommodating house and close to a private beach-which was the nicest beach during the stormy weather. It was also the calmest beach by far. During winter, just about all the beaches can either be very rough, rocky, or have rip tides. Access to this beach is through the Hanalei Bay resort, down a very pretty path. The house had all the amenities we could have asked for-the kitchen was large and had everything, from spices to an espresso maker. The master bath has an amazing 2 headed shower and jetted tub. The entire house is just covered in windows with wonderful views. Each room had it's own bathroom, so we were never on top of each other. We could not have chosen a better house. Bob, a neighbor down the road, even called to check on us during the storm. The only drawback is that there isn't much to do in Princeville-especially if you are trapped there due to flooding. They do have a nice market close by which was a life saver. For dining, I would suggest Bouchons in Hanalei as well as Kalipso's. Hanalei is only a 5-10 minute drive from the house. It has a very nice shopping area -maybe the best on the island for souvenirs. In Lihue, Dukes is a must-incredible food, atmosphere, and service. That was our last stop before going to the airport since it is so close. Plus, it is on a very pretty little beach.

this house was fabulous. We had two families with toddlers and two grandmas. The house was big enough that we could have our own space but still gather together. It was clean and neat and had a lot of cool little custom items. The house was well stocked with everything that you might need to go to the beach; coolers, towels, mats, chairs, snorkel/masks/fins, and beach toys for the kids. There was even a pack-N-Play for the little one and a high chair. The house was cool and breezy. The only down-side was the early morning wake-up from the lawn mowers and other golf course maintenance folks who seem to start before dawn. But that got us up early for the day. The owner was fabulous communicating both by phone and email and made it a very easy choice. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
