great location; very nice property

Me and my family are happy to recommend this villa! Location is great and environment quiet and peaceful. All attractions nearby, as well as Walmart Supercenter, Publix and many restaurants.

Villa owner is very helpful and easy to deal with. Everything worked fine with her.

We also appreciated the clear instructions how to find the villa and those brochures about the area.

My husband and I, along with our children, ages 17, 16 and 10 stayed here and it was perfect. All the theme parks,restaurants and fun things to do were only minutes away. The pool area was very nice also. Everything was perfect. It was a beautiful area, had a beautiful view, and I would recommend anyone staying here.

It was perfect: the villa is super! Very spacious, lot of light, close to everything: high five score!!

We were looking for a vacation home in Orlando, I do not know how many web sides I looked at til I found this Villa.
It is perfect in every way. It is clean,quiet and has everything you need. Location is also great, in the middle from everything. When you don't have small children, you can even get around without a car. There are 2 different bus lines running, they are only about a 15 min. walk away, one travels to Universal Studios & the other to Internation Drive, which has Sea World, Wet'n Wild and all the Outlet shops, plus alot of other attractions and good places to eat.
Not to mention the weather was great. We are already planning our next trip. I can only say when you look at the prices of a hotel in the area and you can get a villa that cost less, without having to live in one room with 4 people, what would you do??

Wir suchten ein Ferienhaus in Orlando, Ich weise nicht wie viele web-seiten ich besucht habe bis ich diese Villa gefunden habe.
Es ist in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Es ist sauber, ruhig und hat alles was sie brauchen. Auch die Umgebung ist toll, zentral von jeglichen Attraktion und sehenwurdigkeiten.
Wenn sie keine kleinen Kinder haben, benötigen sie nicht einmal ein auto um rumzukommen. Es fahren zwei verschiedene Bus Linien , diese sind in nur 15 Minuten zu fuss zu erreichen. Die ein fahrt in Richtung der Universal Studios und die andere zum International Drive. Im International Drive befinden sich unter anderen Sea World, Wet’N Wild sowie viele Outlet Shops. Ausserdem finden Sie dort gute Restaurants, sowie einige interessante Attraktionen.
Ich kann nur sagen, dass wenn Sie sich die Preise fur ein Hotel in der Gegend, anschauen und fur weniger Geld in einer Villa wohnen kann, ohne mit 4 lauten in einen Zimmer schlafen zu mussen, was wurden Sie tun??
Abschliessend kann ich nur sagen, dass es ein wunderschoenes Haus in ein tollen Gegend ist.
Nicht zu vergessen war auch das tolle Wetter, wir planen schon unseren erneuten Trip in Richtung Orlando.

My husband and I loved this place!!! The location was perfect. It was easy to find and central to all the Orlando attractions-quiet and immaculate. Not only were we provided with 2 pages of names and directions of the attractions from the owner when we booked, but there were lots of brochures at the villa. The on-site restaurant was very good -even had a buffet breakfast that outdid the restaurants on International Drive. The pool was a great place to relax-what more can I say? Oh, yes, and the sunsets were something else. I will highly recommend this property to anyone I know visiting Orlando. We have always done well on Homeaway.com and this was our best rental yet.

Great location. Has all amenities ( except dishwasher) the property was very clean and well maintained. One bedroom two beds upstairs w/ fullbath. Downstairs one bedroom w/ one bed and attached full bath. All beds were queens and very comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone. The restaurant is okay, but they are a sales tool for the other condos for sale. I will say although we saw salespeople every day not even one tried to talk to us .Great place and a great value. Great place and a great value. Gloria is very accommodating .

We found the villa to be exactly as described in every way. The premises were immaculate when we arrived and we would recommend the property to anyone.

We found the peace and quiet of the villas more to our liking than the high rise timeshares to our north. The pool was exceptionally clean. We were right in the midst of all Orlando had to offer, yet when returning to the villa, the peace and beauty were refreshing.

We appreciated that it was close to all Orlando attractions and easy to find. Please don't change a thing about the villa. We really enjoyed our stay!
