Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 2-8)

This two bedroom custom unit has spectacular views of the gulf and its sugar white sandy beach. The gulf view can be seen and accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom. With approximately 1500 sq. ft. of living space, the unit is fully stocked with kitchen utensils and there is plenty of cabinet space. All linens are provided and there is a full sided washer/dryer in a separate laundry room within the unit.

There is a plush king sized mattress in the master bedroom and one plush queen sized mattress in the second bedroom. The living area has queen sleeper sofa, large flat screen TV/DVD, internet service, and Wi-Fi are provided. Large flat screen TV’s are in each room of the unit as well as DVD players

There are two bunk beds in the dining area. A separate laundry room within the unit has full-size washer and dryer. This unit provides comfort on a grand scale for six to eight guests.

This unit is owner managed. A security deposit of $300 is required to reserve the unit. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Pending a departure inspection, the security deposit will be refunded within 30 days after departure. Advertised specials may require a two person maximum occupancy to qualify. We vacationed in early April 2013. The weather was perfect. The condo was perfect and the location of the condo was extremely close to resturants, shopping and grocery. Booking the condo was simple and hassle-free. Everything was as described. We couldnt have asked for a more relaxing and sunny vacation. We hope to return in the fall.

My family of five stayed in unit 404 for four days in December of 2012. This unit is very beautiful with very up-to-date furnishings, and beautiful high celings! The balcony was surprisingly large and we had plenty of room. My son walked in the condo first and his words were, "Wow, this place is huge!"
We have stayed in PCB for over 20 years. But this condo at Treasure Island is the most beautiful place we have stayed. On our last day, I relaxed and stayed in bed, opened the curtains and I had the most gorgeous view of the ocean!! This condo is very close to the water! We will definately book again! We had a wonderful time!!!!

This is one of the best condos we have ever stayed at. It was everything we wanted and more. It is so beautifully decorated and spacious. We sat on the amazing beach and enjoyed the ocean. We watched the sunsets every night on the deck or walked to Schooners and had a great dinner. We highly recommend this condo

Absolutely loved everything about Treasure Island! The condo was wonderful, beautiful decor, very confortable furnishings. Loved the balcony, extremely large. Have been coming to PCB since the mid 80's, this is definitely our new favorite place! Loved the fact that we could bring our little silkie terrier, he loved it also! Will definitely be returning to Treasure Island! Thanks for a wonderful time!

Wonferful Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The fourth floor is the perfect floor to view the ocean and wildlife from the large beautiful balcony. The condo was clean and the cabinets were filled with all the necessary pans to prepare your fresh seafood dinner. Also, the condo is very spacious and relaxing.

We were very impressed by the way the maintenance staff at Treasure Island kept the condo property looking so nice. They cleaned the pool each morning and were always painting or cleaning out the landscaping.

We will definitively return next year and have already recommended the condo to family and friends..

Great time! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We love Treasure Island, but honestly what makes the visit so enjoyable is having such a nice place to stay while we're at the beach. Treasure Island is a great place to stay. Great condo! Great quite location of the beach. Condo Matched the Photos Exactly! Very spacious and the balcony was very roomy. Enjoyed naps or reading and enjoying the views on the large balcony it was so peaceful. It was great on cloudy or raining days. The Master bed very comfy. Condo was clean and tidy. The property around the condo was kept well too. We will definitely be back and recommend this condo for families or just couples! We loved eating at the Captain's table in the St. Andrews district and "Uncle Ernies was great too. Shopping at Pier Park was nice on clouding afternoons. Looking forward to going back soon!!

We have stayed at Treasure Island for the 4 yrs. This was our first time staying in this condo and it was wonderful! When we arrived the condo was VERY clean. Kathy was very prompt to answer all of our questions. We can not wait to come back next year!!!
