Third Time the Charm!

This home just keeps getting better as the owners continue to make improvements like the new, flat screen HD TV, lots of movies (many Sundance Film Festival titles!) more artwork, new beds and couches and more.
We've now stayed in this house for something like 14 weeks over 5 years and love it. Even our neighbors (a moose cow and two calves) were a treat on this visit.
We look forward to coming back to this historic house steps away from Old Town Park City.

Stayed here over spring break, and couldn't ask for more. It was a short walk to the Park City town lift and Main street. The wood fireplace received nightly use after a long day of skiing, and the kids loved the hot tub. With the twin beds in the second bedroom, it was the perfect place for a family with 2 kids. Thanks!

We've stayed here two years in a row for lengthy visits and can't say enough about it. From historic significance to artistic comfort and an awesome location - this house has it all. For our longer stays, the wifi and pet friendly policy are must-haves.
The owners are great hosts, going the extra mile to help us enjoy Park City and their house.

This was my first attempt at renting a house VS. going the hotel route. I must say, not only may I never rent another hotel room... I may never stay anywhere but here for vacation. Everything was perfect. The location was perfect. A short walk to everything, but quiet enough to feel secluded. The house is spectacular. Everything you need to feel right at home. The hot tub was clean and quiet, the fireplace was cozy and everything was well thought out. The stay here left it impossible to find anything bad about the place. How often can you say that?

This charming house was everything we could have asked for in a vacation home; it is cozy, private and comfortable, and its location is perfect. We walked to many fine restaurants and shops from the house, and the snow was deep enough we skied straight from the slopes to our own private hot tub! We hope to stay here again soon!

Great House in Prime Park City Location

My wife and I spent a great weekend here. It’s a beautiful home in the best situated location in Park City. I’ve been coming to Park City and Deer Valley for years and this is by far the best place I’ve stayed. It’s very romantic—which my wife loved. It’s so much better than a hotel.
It only took us a few minutes to walk to Main Street, where all the best restaurants, bars and galleries are (we ate at Bangkok Thai—very good; we highly recommend it).
The jacuzzi was great because it was outside on the deck where you could look at the stars and stay warm even though it was cold outside. The living room was nice too because it had a TV with DVD/VCR player and an easy-to-use wood burning stove.
It was also great having a nice kitchen in the morning where we could make breakfast. There was a grocery store close by where we bought food. There are breakfast places close by, including Starbucks, for those who don’t like to cook in the mornings.
The place was clean, very nice, and the owners were friendly. They are locals so they gave us great recommendations and tips about the best restaurants and sites.
We’re definitely coming back.
