We recently returned from this heavenly retreat on Loon Mountain and loved everything about it. It is well worth the price and actually a good price as you can sleep up to 12 people. The layout is an open concept on the main floor which we loved. The fireplace was beautiful and we definitely took advantage. The kitchen area has a great granite countertop separating the kitchen from dining area. We used the countertop as a "buffet" area and this worked perfectly. The kitchen is very well stocked, so other than the food you bring, there's no need to bring anything else. Loved the floor to ceiling windows, it snowed while we were here, and it was a beautiful sight. The property was very clean and well maintained. Towels and linens were provided by the owner (this was a definite plus). Natalie (the homeowner) was very accomadating and delightful to work with. She made check in a breeze and the instructions in getting everything up and running were very easy to follow. We skiied so we loved the ski in, ski out concept. You step outside to the street and it's maybe a 100 feet to the slope. Then you just ski down to the ticket area. We ate at the Common Man and went out for drinks and dancing at the Woodstock Inn. I would highly recommend both. Can't wait to return!
