PLEASE BOOK MY VACATION AGAIN! Awesome Townehouse

This townhouse has it ALL. The location is so close to Commercial Street but fare enough away to be "peaceful". The Supermarket is a short walk down the street, and Cumberland Farms, well you can pretty much throw a rock and be able to hit it. The Townhouse itself is absolutely worth every dollar and more. Every room is so well put together, and the entertainment in the house is wonderful. The Bose surround sound is out of this world; you can really listen to it without bothering the neighbors next door. Talk about clean you can practically eat off the floors. Everything you need from cooking, to seasonings, to body soap is there for you. Just bring your clothes and your vacation begins. I even got a load of laundry done, thanks to the washer and dryer in the garage. Lots of parking and garage to boot with an extra refrigerator. Thanks so much for renting the townhouse to us.

This townhouse is awesome. Beautiful artwork, views, and decks. Comfortable beds, even the sleeper sofa was nice. The kitchen was large enough for all of us to prepare meals together. The master suite deck is the best for relaxing and sun bathing. Owner was very easy to work with. The only thing I would have liked was to have one more shower. Otherwise, amazing experience.

Very nice place. Would highly recommend. 10 minute walk to main street and crown and anchor. Far enough away to be quiet but close to everything!

Awesome Rental/Short walk to City Center

Great condo that comfortably accomodates 6 people. 3 levels of living space so that everyone can spread out. Great value. Garage to store bikes and includes laundry. Easy walk to center of town through a city parking lot. We have been staying in the Lookout Bay condos for 5 seasons now and love the location. Close enough to enjoy all the action yet a bit removed and isolated. This unit has a great master suite with private deck. Only negative to this unit is that the 3rd floor master suite does not have a door at the bottom of the stairwell, so noise from first floor living space can be a bit distracting. Some other units in complex have a door to the 3rd floor suite. Minor issue that will not prevent us from renting again. Owner is awesome and you handle all financials via electronic payments. Highly recommended.

Excellent Accomadations Very Responsive Owner

We have been vacationing in Provincetown for many years and this is the nicest condo we have stayed in. This condominum was an easy walk to town (cutting threw a couple of parking lots) but was far enough away from town to be quiet when you are ready to settle down and stop enjoying the night life. It is well appointed with very comfortable beds and furniture and had a wonderful entertainmnet center. The owner is very responsive to questions, easy to work with, and returned our security deposit promptly. Provincetown is a one of a kind place !We have been vacationing there for years as a couple and enjoy bringing our children there where everyone with a love of life and liberal attitude fits in. This condo is exactly as described and we would love to stay there again! I would not recomend these accomations for anyone with young children(under the age of 4 or 5) or anyone who can not climb stairs or walk moderate distances.

Since last summer, the interior has been painted beach white, and brand new gleaming hard wood floors have been installed throughout the house. In addition, I have added more original art work from the best of Ptown's artists. Ptown is great in the off-season too!
