Upon arriving at this property we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was "as advertised" and even better. This is a very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath house that is very nicely furnished and decorated. The house was clean, has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. There is also a laundry room with plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all connected with a very spacious feel. The house is located just 30 minutes from Honeymoon Island, which has the nicest beach in the area and just 15 minutes from Tarpon Springs. The owners are very pleasant and easy to work with. We would definitely stay at this property again. I would also mention that in the backyard there is a nice charcoal grill and a patio that we used several times during our stay. One of the best values in a vacation property.

Great property, great owners!

The owners of the home were very helpful and very nice! The house was small, but comfortable. They had everything that we needed there, including beach towels. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the beach, as it was too cold! (The community was nice, but the neighbors were not friendly at all.) This was the first vacation that we have been on where I didn't have to call the front desk to get the cleaning people back in as soon as we arrived, or spend 2 or more hours cleaning before I would eat or sleep in the place! I was impressed with that.
It was close to nature trails and parks, and not too far from Busch Gardens.
