this home is a well maintained and very clean, its in a great position not far from the attractions, restaurants and shopping, but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing, the home is in a lovely sunny position, there is a small hedge running around the garden area making the pool area nice and private.
the owner of the property was very helpful, and more than happy to answer any questions i had. i was given very clear driving instructions to the porperty. and inside the villa is plenty of information on local activities, dining and shopping.
our overall experince of this property, was excellent and if available i would certainly book it again.

Best central FL vaca rental we have had!!

Our family has been vacationing in central Florida for years, and this has been by far the best experience we have had. Upon arriving (a bit later than we had planned due to flight delays) the home was well lit and the pool was the perfect temperature. This speaks volumes for the management company which should be commended as they are excellent and very responsive should there be an issue. The house was spotless and well appointed with everything our family of four (including a 12 and 7 year old) could need. There was even a booster seat for the car! The pool is surrounded by plantings which shield from neighbors. It is about 10 - 15 min to main gate of Disney, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive which was super handy.
We highly recommend this property, but better book early - my guess is that like us, one stay and you'll be planning and booking for the following year!

My husband and I had a great 4 weeks at this villa. It it was exceptionally clean
and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything imaginable in it. So nice and big and roomy. I especially loved the large pool and lanai, lots of privacy. It is close to all the Disney attractions and other places of interest.I will surely recommend this

Beautiful Villa Holiday

We arrived at this beautiful villa after a drive from the coast. The villa has everything anybody could possibly need and truly is a home from home. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and the attention to detail in the villa is second to none. The pool is fabulous and the deep lanai is perfect to shade you from the Florida sun. Tuscan Ridge is a well maintained estate and is ideally placed for visits to the theme parks or shopping. There are restaurants and shopping nearby. We had a wonderful time at the villa and would love to visit again. A big thank you to the owner for all the helpful information and special touches in the villa, it made our holiday special.

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped, We would highly recommend booking this villa.
The owners are very friendly and keep the property well maintained.
The pool and patio were nice and private, screened by hedges and we really enjoyed using the gas BBQ.
Ideally situated there is a Publix supermarket just down the road.
We wouldn't hesitate to return here.

Christine your home exceeded all our expectations. It was so clean and comfortable and very well stocked. Our visit to Florida was wonderful, great weather and such a comfortable home to come home to after a long day at the theme parks. The pool was outstanding. We spent alot of time outside swimming, reading, enjoying the bbq. We would definitely come back to your home if we return to Florida and I have already recommended it to friends and family.
It is situated near all amenities, grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants. We went to Mannys as everyone said we should and it did not disappoint. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. You were so helpful in planning our vacation and all the information you provided was a great help in navigating our way around.

September 2011 Orlando Parks Visit

Six of us stayed here for 10 days in September - our second visit to this Villa.
The villa is located in Davenport within easy striking distance of both the Disney World complex and Universal Studios/International Drive.
Our 'joining instructions' were extremely comprehensive and included; best routes to and from Orlando International and Stanford airports, Disney/Universal as well how to make best use of the villa.
It is extremely spacious, well appointed and kept in pristine condition. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with generous quantities of cutlery and crockery and there's even a BBQ out on the pool deck! We, however, were there for the parks so our 'dining in' was limited to breakfast each morning and we had little opportunity to enjoy all the facilities the villa had to offer.
The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of spare bed linen and towels (we wished that we had left our beach towels at home).
The double garage has been converted into a gym/games room which would be ideal for teens and health conscious adults intending to spend more time around the villa during the day than we did. We got back so late from the parks each day we only got to use the pool on 3 occasions during our stay.
However, we did make good use of the electronic combination safe (new since our last visit) and the wireless broadband (a must for an ipad fan like me).
If you are intending to eat out locally a visit to Manny's Steak House is an absolute must. This restaurant is a short 10 minute drive away. The food is excellent and the staff welcoming and friendly. Such good value for money in fact that we visited 3 separate nights during our 10 day stay.
Our only regret was that we didn't allow ourselves more free time to spend relaxing at the villa in and around the pool.
I think I can feel a third visit coming on ...

Fantastic Villa - very well equipped.

This is the second year we have stayed at this villa and this has got to be the best one we have ever stayed at. It is very well equipped, very clean and has everything you could ever need in a holiday villa. The pool area is very private as it is screened with shrubs/hedging which is a huge bonus. My son and husband used the gym every day,this is also very well equipped. Tuscan Ridge is a mix of holiday rentals and residential properties which is also good. The owner was very helpful with the booking process and provided good directions etc and any other information leaflets.
