What a great spot on the Gulf this condominium complex has. You are literally on the beach with the beautiful,warm, clear gulf out your front door. We enjoyed running on the long, flat beach and watching sunset from our 6th floor deck. We spent most nights eating there. This particular unit is very nicely appointed and well equipped to accomodate all of your cooking and entertaining needs. The owners have not missed a trick by providing all the comforts to make your stay very accomodating and enjoyable.

We have rented many units in Flordia & this was one of the best. I had some family stay with us for a night or two & we had plenty of room. Great corner unit view & felt very comfortable. Decor was nice & clean. Thank you for the wonderful time & we will be back.

What you see is what you get, but its what you don't see that makes this property special. The service, the cleanliness and the atmosphere that you find at La Vistana is above average. And the views; I could sit on the balcony for hours. This property does not disappoint, and neither does dealing with Garges. I will definitely come back to La Vistana. I miss it already.

My wife and I have rented vacation properties all over the country, and we both agreed that this property was the most well furnished and equipped, and the most beautifully decorated. Even the large balcony has solid, comfortable furniture. Because it's a corner unit, the living room has beautiful views on two sides, so even if the heat keeps you inside (we were there in July), you can still feel like you're flying over the gulf. Sunsets were amazing, as was the 4th of July (we were able to see fireworks up and down the coast). Checking in and out couldn't have been easier (there's a combination lock box outside the unit) and we received our deposit back within a week. Easy drive to Rays games (I went to 2) in St. Pete, and the Lobster Pot (in walking distance) is definitely worth trying.

This is a lovely place. The views are spectacular and the unit is spacious, beautifully decorated and well-maintained. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and entertaining, beds are comfortable, linens are lovely. The owner was great to work with and has thought of everything right down to the beach toys--bike, kites, floats, umbrellas, cabana, and coolers.
We live about five minutes from Redington Beach and wanted a place for a family get together. It didn't take long to be completely at home here. The perfect place to relax and to entertain family and friends. Lot of restaurants within walking distance. We travel often and I was amazed at how much we enjoyed not having to deal with airports, flights, and rental cars. Highly recommended to local beach lovers who want to get away from it all without leaving town!!

Oct. 2009 was our third visit to La vistana and once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations and ammenities are everything we are looking for. Plus the beautiful beach and sunsets are gorgeous from your balcony. Intersting shops and fresh fish market within walking distance. Hoping to return soon.

Short and sweet- this was the best vacation in an incredibly lovely condo. The photos are exactly what you get!
The view is breathtaking. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every evening. I can't imagine a better location or a nicer place to stay....just lovely! There were also thoughtful touches just for my son and I, and we really appreciated those.

Beautiful condo in excellant location right on the beach in Redington Shores. Condo is very well appointed, spacious with nice personal touches such as welcome pack and complmentary toiletries. Nice pool deck but we spent our days on the beautiful white sandy beach which is just off the pool deck and beautiful sunsets on the balcony. Numerous excellant restaurants in the vicinity. Highly recommended.

1st Class Condo With All The Amenities

My family and I found this condo to be exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The only thing you have to bring is your groceries. We enjoyed the private pool with private beach access area (with the 2 hot tubs) every day. The grill located on the pool deck was used on several occasions to cook the fresh seafood that we purchased from the seafood market across the street; how convenient!! If you like to fish as I do, you will enjoy the productive fishing pier that is within walking distance of the Condo. Also within walking distance you have access to 2 great restaurants (Lobster Pot & Shells). You will find that this part of the beach strip is not crowded which makes cruising around enjoyable. We found that most of the restaurants in close proximity to the Condo were reasonable with no waiting time. I would be remiss if I did not mention the view that we experienced each day. The condo's close proximity to the beach gives you an up close and personal view of the waves, sand, and people. Since the condo faces westward, you will enjoy the full spectrum of each evening's setting sun, which I might add is awesome. Since the condo has an enclosed garage space and an additional outside parking place, we found this to be more than adequate for our parking needs. The enclosed garage space can also be used as an area to store beach chairs, fishing poles, bikes, and other fun equipment that you don't want to leave in you car or lug back in forth from the beach to the condo. The condo was well maintained and very clean which was the first comment that my wife had as soon as she walked in the condo (she is a clean freak). I will definitely recommend this condo to my friends and family and we will definitely be back!!

Perfect relaxing vacation with beautiful sunsets

This vacation condo was just as described and more. The property and condo were immaculate and the location perfect. The view "priceless." There wasn't one thing that needed to be changed. The condo was beautifully appointed and not one small detail left out. The owners were gracious enough to have a personalized letter waiting for me with all of the information that I would need during my stay, a beautiful welcome basket full of goodies, a chilled bottle of champagne in the refrigerator and two very comfortable robes in the master bedroom. Every bathroom had small bottles of toiletries to get you by until you got to the store which is great due to the restrictions by the airlines if you're flying in. There is a one car garage so your car will stay clean during your stay and there are beach chairs, umbrella and a bicycle inside as well. It's a gated property and for additional security the elevators are in a locked lobby which requires a code. You feel very safe on this property. The pool and two hot tubs are on the beach. Once you go thru the security gate from the pool area - you are on the beach. Beautiful white beach and crystal clear turquoise water. Since there isn't public parking for people to get to the beach during my stay I had the beach in front of the building to myself. There is a small restuarant just outside of the property that serves, breakfast and lunch. You can also walk to the Lobster Pot and Shells. Both are good restaurants. Now back to the condo. If you are a vacationer that appreciates the finer things in life then this condo is the place for you. For total relaxation head out to the very large balcony and do nothing but watch the waves roll in, "people watch" and appreciate the beautiful sunsets while you relax on the comfortable furniture. Not one sunset is ever the same so bring your camera. The owners are very professional and respond to your emails or calls promptly. Check in is as easy as walking in and giving your name and your packet is handed to you with the instructions and you're off to enjoy your vacation. Check out is just as easy by dropping the keys off. This was a dream vacation and I hope to return next year. This was the perfect vacation!!! I want to thank the owners for opening up their beautiful home for me to enjoy.
