'All View' is a single family residence located in Sunday River's exclusive Powder Ridge development.This custom log home offers panoramic views of all of Sunday River's eight mountain peeks. You will find yourself enjoying the large, open, cathedral

living room with a 42' Flatscreeen TV,fieldstone fireplace, custom log dining table and leather furnishings. Open style gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher and island seating for four. Two bedrooms on the entry level, one with a queen size log bed and the second with bunkbeds, twin on top and a full on the bottom with a trundle bed.

Master bedroom suite and balcony offer private computer area, king size log bed, 46 inch flat screen HDTV,private bath, jacuzzi, marble shower. The master bath also features a 32' flat-screen with remote.

The lower level bedroom offers a queen size bed and full size bed and a family room with a leather sleep sofa.Entertainment center with a 42' flatscreen TV, ping-pong and foosball. A full bath with laundry are also located on this level.Two sets of sliding glass doors lead to the eight person jaccuzi with great views of the mountain from this level as well.

PARKING PASS INCLUDED: ALL VIEW is located 2 miles from the South Ridge base lodge. Also included is a parking pass for South Ridge which allows you to park directly in front of the lodge until 10 am. A fully automatic propane generator provides non-interupted service in the event of a power outage. All bedrooms feature cable TV with flat-screen TV's in all but one of the bedroooms. Also included for your stay in an on-mountain ski/board locker for all your gear.

It is pictured on the cover of the Oct 2010 edition of Downeast magazine. ALL VIEW is located a few hundred yards past the Covered Bridge on Douglas Road. ALL VIEW is located in Powder Ridge which is Sunday River's original exclusive mountain development.

About Steve Trenholm

Sally and I have skied at Sunday River since the early 80's. All VIEW is our private home that we use when it's not rented. We ski primarily mid-week. My business allows us some free time in the winter and we look forward to skiing at Sunday River. We have witnessed Sunday River's growth over the years and feel Sunday River is the best place to ski in the East. My wife has been involved with Maine Handicapped Skiing for over 25 years which got it's start at Sunday River. We both where born and raised in Maine and have been life long skiers.

This house is truly AMAZING!!

This home was beautifully appointed. It was spotless and very well maintained. The owners were very flexible to work with and nicely concerned about our stay. The kitchen was a gourmet type with nice appliances and cookware. We did not lack for anything. Everything worked well. My family was quite comfortable and we had plenty of space for privacy or group activity. The location was close to all activities. We did so much while we were there to take full advantage of the wonderful location. The skiing was amazing; Sunday River is friendly and a top notch ski area. Nice little secret in Maine.

Great Ski Weekend

This is the perfect place to host a ski weekend with friends and family. The owners, Steve & Sally, were very nice and made sure that we had everything we needed for a great stay. All View offers the ideal ski chalet feel, and even though you're only 3.5 hours away from Boston, it feels like you're worlds away. The open format and cathedral ceiling provide an excellent communal space to enjoy a big dinner after a long day on the mountain. And with plenty of beds it comfortably accommodates a group of 12 without feeling crowded. If I make my way up to Sunday River next year I'll be sure to stay here again.

What a weekend!!!

This house is absolutely amazing!! I rented it for a weekend with a large group of friends (14) and it could not have been better. The house was more than big enough to accommodate everyone, whether it was hanging out together in the open living / kitchen area (looking out to an amazing view of the mountain), relaxing in the hot tub or having some alone time in one of the many other rooms (I think there were 8 beds, not to mention several very comfy couches). The open kitchen worked out awesome, as even though I cooked most meals, I still wasn't left out of the festivies. The house came with everything you could need...all you have to bring is food, drink and friends. I hope we make it back up again...soon!

The dream house for a getaway weekend

Our Frostbite Sailing Club takes a weekend off of sailing every year to go skiing and All View turned out to be the best place to get away from it all. The owners were very professional, flexible, organized, and made our stay stress free. The house is gorgeous. We couldn't ask for anything more. We would definitely recommend All View to others and hope to come back next year!

Ski Heaven!

Recently stay here with some coworkers and we had a blast. So warm and cozy it made for a really nice break from the city. The house was way nicer than the photos and its super close to the mountain. Hot tub is great, rooms are comfortable and cozy, gas fire place, beautiful kitchen...I wanted to live there forever.
The owner were delightful as well. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Stay

The house was absolutely wonderful. I rented for a long weekend with a large group of friends (a few couples, some singles, and a child) and everything worked out perfectly. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone and people were able to find time to themselves when they liked while the main living/dining area was an excellent communal space. The open plan kitchen worked out wonderfully as whoever was cooking could still be very much a part of whatever was going on in the living space. The house came with everything you could need and Steve was very responsive in coordinating all the details leading up to our arrival. We'll definitely be back!

This house is truly amazing! Definitely a 5 star review! The owners were so accommodating and this house suited our ski weekend group perfectly. We woke up, made a huge breakfast, drove 5 minutes to the mountain, skied all day, and then used the beautiful house to our advantage! Hot tub time, ping pong games, family-style dinners, and plenty of beds for everyone to sleep! The house is spotless, cozy, and filled with lights! The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you need as well! The group is definitely planning another stay there next year. Thanks you!

Perfect Home Away From Home

All View is amazing! I can't say enough good things about my experience with the owners and their spectacularly appointed home. Being the point person of finding a home that will suit the main interests of a larger group is not a task I take lightly! Steve was always quick to respond and provided clear explanations of the house and its set up. Having 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths was perfect for this group that consisted of all friends, some singles and 3 couples. The house is spacious, immaculate, and included anything that you may need. (This is the first year we didn't have to run out to the store for things like trash bags, coffee filters etc...). Being at All View felt like home to us, although on a much larger, more beautiful scale! I'd be remiss to mention the huge hot tub that fit 8 people! All View's proximity to the mountain, its quaint and authentic ski house feel, cleanliness, comfort, as well as the courteous owners, are what make this house the perfect choice for future trips. Thank you Steve and Sally for welcoming us into your home - we'll be back!

Amazing ski house!

This place was awesome... clean, huge, homey, and stalked with everything you would need. A great place for a big group. The only heads up I would give would be to look at the bedroom layouts before people commit. There are three big (queen or king) beds, so people must be willing to share with others, and couples must be willing to share with other people as well. Owners were great as well!

Awesome Ski weekend

We had our 17th annual Chix on Stix ski weekend this year. We rented "all-View'. It was awesome. The house is absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of bedrooms for our large group of 12. Plenty of baths. Everything was clean. Beautiful. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities the house had to offer. Not far from Southridge. The parking pass worked great. Excellent people to deal with. no,problems at all. Thanks much.
