- 3 BR, 3 BA, Sleeps 10+.

Set back from Route 100 on 1/2 acre (1+ miles north of Mt Snow), this charming home borders the National Forestry land, offering ample privacy and room to play in the yard. It is a great location for your summer retreat.

It is easily accessible to the Mount Snow, Stratton, and Manchester areas. The area offers all types of outdoor activities such as hiking, road and mountain biking, golfing, water and boating activities. Also nearby are summer theaters, festivals, bike races, craft and antique fairs, and outlet shopping.

There is easy access to hiking trails and it is on the Moover transport line.

Features: Entrance with only 2 steps, Main floor bedroom, Walk out Recreational room basement, Efficient Gas heating, Living room with fireplace, Jetted bath tub, Washer and Dryer, deck with barbeque grill.

The area is full of Summer activity options: Summer activities: There are several nearby lakes for boating and water sports. Shopping at outlet stores is nearby. Mount Snow sponsors many summer biking events and other summer and fall festivals and events. The mountain is open for hiking throughout the summer. There are several great golf courses in the area. A variety of restaurants and foods are available within 10 miles.

Winter Activities: Mount Snow ski area is 1 mile south of the house. There is free public transportation (Moover bus) that can pick up right by the house and transport to the mountain. Stratton mountain is 10 miles north of the house; Snowmobile trails are very accessible, snowmobile storage is available next door (for a fee); Cross country ski trails are 1 mile away; snow shoeing is available at Mount Snow and on trails around the area. There is sledding and tubing available in the area.

Amazing, Kind Landlord

We were going to visit this home in West Dover just prior to hurricane Irene. We were forced to cancel due to severe weather and total devastation of Vermont.
Deb was very kind and understanding, and has refunded the full amount of our upcoming stay immediately.
There aren't many nice, honest people left, but Deb surely is one amazing and great lady. We will definitely be booking our trip to VT next year, and will be staying at this property.
When you find such excellent customer service, you tend to be a repeat customer.
Thank you Deb, for being so understanding and kind, and for refunding our rent in such a timely fashion.
