Great studio in durango

The location was excellent in that we could walk to the Animus River Trail very easily and we could then walk down town. The property was as advertised. It was clean, well-maintained and spacious for a studio apartment. We liked having a full-sized refrigerator and stove. We also liked the policy of leaving behind and thus sharing with the incoming vacationers our uneaten staples. We enjoyed going to the Saturday morning farmers market. I would recommend this to a friend.

Wonderful site for an extended Durango vacation:
-Convenient to the Animas River trail (approx. 3 blocks to trail)
-Convenient to free trolley downtown & back
-Comfortable and well-appointed property
-Excellent bed
-Small, but daily outdoor activities made the property a cozy, quiet, and welcome refuge
Excellent variety of good restaurants throughout the city

I just wanted to say that we had a wonderful time in Durango and really enjoyed staying at your very nice, clean and comfortable studio.

The studio is quite pleasant, and perfect for 1-2 people. Being above the garage, with 2 walls of windows, it has lots of light and tree views. One of the nicest things is that it is close to the Country Market. Don't bring any food -- you'll find all that you need, and many more food items you want, at this market a few blocks away.

My husband and I have rented from 3-4 different owners and this was the best experience. The property is very clean, well furnished (the bed was especially comfortable) and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The price was very reasonable. We will be staying at this property in the future.

Very clean and nicely decorated studio in cute neighborhood close to the river. Kitchen and bathroom are well done. Dining table is roomy and inviting. Luxurious bed and bedding. Lots of storage for hang up clothes and luggage. Washer/dryer work great. We were extremely comfortable during our stay.

We were happy to find this place as nice or nicer than it looks in the pictures. It is in a great location and has a great owner who we met in person. We have satayed in two of Daniel's condos and would love to do it again. We give you an A+!
