Fantastic Property - Great Rental Experience

Nadia and Florin have an amazing place here and we can't wait to book a return visit. The views are every bit as spectacular as the pictures imply and it's location is perfect. From the apartment you're on the beach in under 2 minutes and Johns Pass is only a 10 minute walk.
The apartment is very comfortable and was spotless when we arrived. There is a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys etc.. which is a big plus with the cost of bags on the airlines these days. There was plenty of room for the two of us and the fully equipped kitchen meant we could easily buy groceries and eat in to save some extra $$. We tended to east breakfast and lunch at the apartment and then dinner out somewhere. We'd highly recommend De Losa's Pizza in johns pass and Sloppy Joes in Treasure Island.
We stayed in June and were amazed how quiet the beach was during the day. It was great not to be crammed together on the beach and meant that you could relax, even with kids playing nearby. The beach is very clean with lots of wildlife including pelicans and even some dolphins. The ocean is warm and was calm for most of our stay.
Must see attractions have to include the sunsets on the beach which were amazing. Also worth a trip is Caladesi Island State park. If you like shells this place is awesome and the beach chairs and umbrella for $20 is a bargain !! The Prime Outlet mall in Ellenton was a good bet for a slightly rainy afternoon !!
Overall the apartment delivered everything it said it would and provided the perfect location for a totally relaxing getaway from it all. The ocean view on its own would be worth the money but the apartment and surrounding attractions made this place even better. We rented a car which we used for excursions and groceries but we spent a total of $45 on gas during our whole stay (including driving from and to tampa airport, the outlet mall, caldaesi island and out for groceries).
Don't hesitate... book this apartment.

Relaxing, Peaceful and, Oh, Les Coucher de Soleil.

We have only been home from our Madeira Beach vacation a few days...and, let me tell you, we already miss it!
This property is super convenient & comfortable. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen a ton, spent hours at the beach, ate at the yummy restaurants (Kudo to Dockside Dave's Grouper Sandwich) right around the corner & endulged in day trips to the Ellenton outlets, Saratoga, Tampa, Tarpon spring and more. The property is equipped for everything you could need at the beach. The Gulf Beach is friendly with a gradual slope into the ocean with easy rolling waves. Oh...and The weather was a perfect (???) mid 90 deg the entire time, This is summer in FLA, we have enjoyed it a lot....
The condo building is very secure. Always keep a key on you because without it you won't go very far. This is perfect.

Perfect place to stay

We have stayed at several condo's along the Gulf Coast and this one truly stands out. Great location, within walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. And also very central for driving distinations. The view from the condo is amazing. Watched the dolphins swim by every morning, can not be beat! Well stocked with anything you would need. Lovely comfortable furniture. I would absolutely recommend this to friends and family.

Just perfect !

We recently spent a week at this lovely condo and it is as described , only better. The condo is very clean, spacious and has very comortable bed. We had been in this area before and loved being able to walk to Johns Pass. We dined twice at the new Bubba Gumps in the Pasas and found the food and atmosphere just wonderful. The sunsets were spectacular and our week was just wonderful. We went sightseeing and loved the Clearwater and Venice area. We took in the Red Barn Market in Bradenton and found that interesting, not your typical market. Thank you Nadia and Florin for sharing your home with us. This is definitely a home away from home. We will be revisiting and none too soon for me.

Great Time

We had a wonderful time here. The weather was perfect except for one day and the condo was great! This condo is very well kept and you could not ask for a nicer view of the sunsets.
There is plenty of beach to take walks on....and the gulf water temperature was perfec! The pool was wonderful to sit around and read a book.
There are plenty of restaurants for anyone's taste.
This is a great place to relax and enjoy the view!

Breathe Taking!

This condo was beautiful with a breathe taking view of the ocean. We enjoyed starting each morning and ending every night on the balcony watching the dolphins and beautiful sunsets. Very relaxing! This condo was decorated so nicely that it felt like home.Very clean even the coffee pot and electric kettle were kept clean and ready to use. I came home so relaxed and look forward to renting again in the future. Our favorite restuarant was just a little drive - Sloppy Joe's in the Belair Hotel !!! Friendly, good food and excellent service.
The pool area had a gas grill that we used alot. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice to use. Quite place to stay but we did hear that spring break and around Easter had been loud. We picked the perfect time then.

Excellent accomodations. The condo was beautifully decorated and well equipped The location and view of the sunset made it a special place to stay. We definitely would like to return.

we were very pleased witht his condo. I'd rate it as excellent except it is a litle cramped, being only a one bedroom. all of the amenities are first class, the location is superb and the bech is amazing. the front porch overlooking the beach is also excellent. we loved it and would come back in flash.
