My wife and I found Jackie's place through Homeaway and it looked like the perfect place for us. We love Tigertail Beach and the proximity to restaurants within walking distance. We loved the Condo and its nice sunny location with a view to the beach and Gulf. The pool was also a great way for us to end the day. The place was clean and provided us with all the things we needed for the beach including Beach Towels and a Cart to haul things to the beach. It also serves as a table once you are settled in the sun. We told Jackie we would be back and she mentioned she will be doing a kitchen upgrade which will be a nice surprise for next year. - Bob & Linda

Our family of four stayed at this exquisite condominium in April 2013 and it was one of our best vacations ever! The location is excellent and the views are spectacular. This vacation was the first time my 3 year old and 5 year old sons were at the beach and this condo made are stay easy and fun. The direct access from the wrap around balcony's spiral staircase to the beach and heated pool was definite advantage for our stay. The beach is immaculate with white sands and warm waters. The condo owners provided everything we needed for our stay including beach toys and chairs, fishing equipment and coolers. We did not have to buy or bring anything to entertain ourselves or our boys. Everything we possibiy needed in kitchen was provided and in great condition. The condo was meticulously clean and tremendously well kept. The master bedroom's large king size bed is very comfortable and the second bedroom was a great fit for our boys. The location also provided free wifi, flat screen tv and washer/dryer which were an added convenience for our stay. The building complex is very modern and super quiet. It resonates a very relaxing atmosphere with its ponds and landscapes. The owners put a personal touch on everything and will go out their way to make your stay memorable. The owner spends a lot of time on the island and is a wealth of information. She always willing to answers questions and make recommendations. Everything on the island is within a 5 minute drive and easily accessible. Also, many shops and restaurants, including a movie theater were in walking distance from the condos. The weather was perfect so our stay consisted of warm days and alot of sunshine, even though storms were predicted for every day our stay all we saw was the beautiful sunshine. This is definte repeat location for us! The kids had a blast and the shelling it fantastic! Thanks for a great stay and we'll be back!

I have traveled and stayed all over our great country, this by far was my best experience ever. Our family had an awesome experience from the day we arrived until we had to leave. Dealing with Jackie was so easy. She was very professional on the phone, emails and in person. I am an anal person who researched every property in Marco. At the end of my findings Jackie and her property was by far way better for us than the others I found. Our 2 children and my wife and I will make this an annual trip. We had everything at our fingertips, including awesome weather and the new people we met were great. WE would recommend that if you need to get away to contact Jackie and get on down to Marco Island.

We spent Christmas on Marco Island in this condo. The stairs off the balcony made it easy to access the pool and beach without having to enter the lobby. I could run in and unlock the door while my sand-covered husband and girls rinsed off. The windows made it easy to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. It was very clean and right on the beach. If you've never been to Tigertail Beach, it's a very large, so although this condo is right on the beach, it's a bit of a hike to the water. Even so, my youngest daughter was on crutches and had no trouble getting there. The owners provided clear instructions and plenty of information about attractions and restaurants to help us navigate around the island.

We went on Tosch's Airboat Tour and on the Dolphin Explorer. Both were a great time. Saw plenty of alligators on Turner Road in the Everglades, and couldn't believe how many manatees we saw at Manatee Park in Naples.

We came back to this condo for the second year and couldn't have been happier. It is totally relaxing and convenient! It's first floor location would be great for a family as you can walk out to the pool and beach without going through the building. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is helpful too. The western exposure allows you to get the most out of the day while sitting on the porch in the warm sun, looking up the beach and just enjoying the tropical breeze as the sun goes down.

This beautiful condo was the perfect getaway for a relaxing ocean view vacation. It was very clean, updated and well decorated with comfortable furniture and a large screen TV. This raised first floor condo looked out to a tropical landscape of palm trees, mangroves and ocean. It had easy access off it's large porch to the pool and beach. The owners are very helpful, respond promptly to inquires and make the whole process of renting easy.

There are so many good things to say about this condo I hardly know where to start. I went by myself for a nice quiet week at the beach and chose the ideal spot to do just that. The location would be hard to beat - just steps away from the ocean and the heated pool, yet within easy reach of restaurants, shopping and even a little movie theater. The property management takes security very seriously and I feel very safe throughout my stay. The grounds and public spaces are also perfectly maintained. The condo itself is immaculate with all the comforts of home -- everything from satellite tv and a copious supply of videos and DVDs to freshly laundered sheets on the beds. Jackie the owner is truly a gem, she could not have been more helpful. I could go on, but suffice to say, if you're looking for a great place at the beach, rent this condo - you won't regret it.
