Perfect position+condition, exceeded expectations

This is a great place to stay. The location was very convienent, parking just outside the gate, nice garden area,inside the condo was very clean and well decorated.
The owner was very responsive (air conditioner not working when we arrived late Sunday evening and the owner had a repairman out to fix it even though it was after 9PM.
I would definitely recommend this property to friends,family or strangers. Property was outstanding.
We went on carriage rides, the trolly and a walking ghost tour. We were not disappointed with any of these.
The only disappoint was the Paula Dean restaurant. The food was just slightly better than a low cost family buffet restaurant-food really salty and below adverage.
Really enjoyed Mrs Wilkes restaurant. Really good southern food. Stood in line around 1:30 for about 30 min and had a great southern lunch. Also really enjoyed the 1st Black Baptist church tour. We felt it was the best tour in Savannah.

Nice location for walking tours around Savannah. Condo was well furnished and comfortable. Would recommend and stay again ourselves when we return to Savannah.

Owner was very personable and helpful. Besides all the usual Savannah attractions, don't miss Pinkie Master's in Savannah. It's a few blocks from the Catholic chuch. Aslo if you drive out to Tybee Island, make sure to stop by Huc-n-Poo's Bites and Booze on the way back. Say "Hi" to the very friendly people there.

Well-appointed, every need anticipated, exceptionally clean, perfectly located, inviting decor and quiet surroundings. What more could you ask for? (Sharon even left holiday coffee for us!) We felt like honored guests in this condo and would not hesitate to stay here again. Very highly recommended.

Great stay. Alot of walking to and from the riverfront which was good to work off the calories and to allow one to naturally experience the beautiful myriad parks

The condo was perfect for my husband and I for our visit to Savannah. It is conveniently located for historic downtown Savannah and provides quick access to the road to Tybee Island. The condo was very comfortable, very clean and very nicely decorated.
