Nice place to stay. It is just north of popular Daytona Beach but without the crowds. We practically had the beach to ourselves. The condo was very clean. The owner was more than helpful. We will definitely be back.

OMG, where do I start?? This was the ultimate vacation! Billy (the owner) was very accomodating and gracious. We were there to celebrate our 20th anniversay and see the Daytona 500. Waking every morning and seeing the beach was amazing! The unit was VERY clean and inviting, we had everything we needed with a few extra bonuses! There were some glitches with our trip (not related to the condo) and Billy was SO gracious!!! We will rent here again!!!!

This condo is clean and neat! We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teen boys). We are very happy with our choice! The owner is beyond words with hospitality. The boys fished right from the ocean shore and actually caught fish! We were simply driving minutes to Flagler and Daytona. Condo equipped with all we needed, dishes, utensils, pans, beach equip., & towels. View from balcony....priceless! We watched whales and dolphins and parasurfers!! I would definitely recommend this very quaint unit to couples and families! Everyone at the complex is friendly and helpful. This is a secured complex, too, which made it easier to sleep peacefully. TV's in bedrooms and living room. Furniture is comfortable. Personally, I love the fact that it is a "family friendly and livable" unit. I didn't have to worry about boys accidentally breaking or destroying anything at the unit. Again, I repeat...we are very happy and satisfied and feel blessed that we are so fortunate to have such a wonderful vacation stay. Highly recommended!!
