Tastefully decorated fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with all the amenities of home including washer & dryer and much more. Master bedroom has an Island Motif sea grass headboard, genuine bamboo dresser & tri-fold mirror, writing desk & chair, pillowtop mattress, and high end bedding. Master bath has artist Mural above bath, custom closets & Ralph Lauren towels. Living room has designer queen sleeper and two club chairs. Entertainment center with 42 inch flat screen TV and ceramic tile throughout. Dry Bar with granite counter top and custom cabinetry. Kitchen is supplied with Jentry dinnerware with service for 12. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Sleeps 8 comfortably. This condo includes a Swimming Pool and Hot Tub. Just a 5 min walk across the street to beautiful white sandy Clearwater Beach. We had a nice time in Clearwater. The condo was nice. Unfortunately it was not very clean when we arrived. Black mold in both showers and sand on the floor in the kitchen/living room area. My sister-in-law cleaned the mold in the master bathroom and swept the floors. We wanted to use the rec room with the pool table. We couldn't find a key. Called the management company and they finally found a key for us to use. We went to their office and got it. Then we went in the rec room and it only had one pool cue and it was bent. The location of the condo is nice except for the crime in the area. The Hess gas station right outside the condo building was robbed while we were there. We actually were parked outside of the gas station and watched the robbery in action. Then another night there were 3 cop cars outside in the gas station parking lot for who knows what was going on. Overall it was a nice place. I would suggest just be cautious of your surroundings and people around you.

Awesome place to stay !!!!

We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving break 2010 and had the time of our lives.. the condo was gorgeous and had everything we needed. It was clean and spot-on with what the pictures depicted. The area around the condo was perfect with a gorgeous beach right across the street. The owner was wonderful to deal with and gave us ideas of where to eat and what to do while we were there. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone !!! Our kids had a blast as well and my son enjoyed fishing in the Harbor right outside the condo-- He caught a ton of fish !

Everything was amazing the view the massive amount of space and everything was provided right down to the beach chairs and toys. Do not look any futher this is the place.
