New condo in gated community 10 minutes from Disney and close to championship golf courses. Terrace Ridge is a new development that is close to Champions gate with its supermarkets and restaurants and to the I4 and yet is in a very quiet location. The apartment is on the second floor and can be reached by either stairs or elevator and is close to both parking and the pool/clubhouse area. The master suite has a large en-suite shower room with double basins and a walk in closet. At the other end of the apartment the second (double) and twin rooms share a spacious bathroom. There is a large and fully equipped open plan kitchen with a laundry room and a lounge and dining area. Off of the lounge there is a balcony with seating. The apartment has air conditioning and ceiling fans. The lounge and each bedroom has cable TV and there is broadband .
There are sunbeds around the pool, a volley ball net and jacuzzi. The clubhouse has a gym, pool and games room, TV lounge and bar area.

We weren't here but for very long but the property was very nice. I will certainly consider using home for my next visit to the area. It was neat, clean and well maintained. The description was accurate and the owner provided excellent and prompt service. The complaints I have were only minor ones. The kitchen wasn't quite fully equipped and the bed linens were scratchy. But in comparison to some of the other properties I've rented....those were indeed minor complaints! :)

This place was amazing. It was very spacious and clean. Everything we ever needed was available in the condo. The property is in a secluded part of Florida which was nice and quiet, however, you are only minutes to Hwy #4 which will take you to Disney World in approximately 15 minutes. The pool was heated in January when we stayed so even though the air was chilly it was still nice to swim.

Clean and Comfortable

Our family stayed in this apartment two years in a row, both times for 9 nights. The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is a newer development and quite "fancy"! The clubhouse and pool area are absolutely beautiful!! It is a short drive to Disney World and there are plenty of things close by in case you need something like gas stations, drug stores, restaurants and supermarkets. The owners are super nice people, and the management company is easy to work with. We had such a great experience the first time that is why we came back a second time, and we would definitely consider staying here again. A few pointers for first-time vacation apartment renters--there aren't the same things provided for you as in a hotel such as toilet paper & garbage bags, and you need to bring your own dish soap, laundry soap, etc... but there were plenty of clean towels and bed linens. I'd definitely recommend this apartment for your family vacation!

The Perfect Home Away From Home

This beautiful condo was well equipped with all the essentials needed. The only thing that we felt was needed, were more pans, as we cooked in the condo four days. The pool and surrounding grounds were beautiful and well maintained. When we entered the condo, our comment was wow!!!!!!!! We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone and hope to go back next year.
We had some problems with a person that decided to play the drums in the wee hours of the morning, usually between midnight and 3:30. We had no idea who to report this problem to. We could not find the security nor the office. He played for us 6 out of the 10
nights. One consolation is that he played rather well.
Terrace Ridge was close to all the Disney parks, shopping, restaurants, attractions, and pretty much want one would want to do.

Owner's Response: I am pleased Ann and Will enjoyed their stay and rated our apartment 5/5.I am pleased they found the apartment and grounds well maintained. There is a full set of saucepans and some baking trays and cooking dishes. I was sorry to hear they had a problem with a noisy neighbour, this isn't something that we have been aware of before so hopefully it was an isolated problem. I have notified my management company and the home owners association to hopefully make sure.

Great condo very clean just have to remember to stop at store for toilet paper and paper towels overall an excellant experience

Owner's Response: Thank you for the 5/5 rating. It is a self catering apartment rather than hotel, there is toilet paper etc in the apartment on arrival but perhaps not enough for your entire stay.
