4 person cottage with wrap around deck to panoramic view. Sleeps 4/ 1 bathroom

Wonderful lake frontage with panoramic views of Lake Memphremagog. 900sq.ft. cottage/Ten acres of privacy and priv road to dead end with one's own private sandy beach and cooling deep waters. Cottage for 4, telephone, one bathroom with shower, comfort kitchenette with most amenities. There is dish, TV/DVD, CD and radio. North Point also includes 2 propane fire places, 1 BR/ 1 loft, wrap around deck from french sliders, propane grill, a large 20 foot awning to stay in the shade on those hot days or better yet a refreshing swim in the cooling waters of Magog.

We have available for our guest kayak, canoe and small motor boat rentals. Bike trails on the east side of the lake and delicious brunches on Sundays at the East Side Restaurant where one can dock the boat or kayak.

Autumn is made for invigorating walks or jogs with majestic colors surrounding you, there is always shopping and antiquing and of course fishing. Winter there is both kind of skiing, ice fishing, and skidooing

There will be rentals available for our guest of kayaks, canoes and small fishing boat.

What a delight this week was! North Point truly feels like its own little world, and we couldn't have loved it any more. We fished, boated, barbqd (alot!) and relaxed outside as much as we could.
We will definetly be back- hopefully when the weather is a bit more cooperative! and of coarse next year to check out the new bedroom :)

We had perfect weather while we were here. Warm and sunny days led to cool star filled nights. This escape from work and the busy lives we lead reminded us of the great things the outdoors provide us with if we only stop and pause. We felt like we were in our own little paradise surrounded by trees, water and the animals that quietly moved about without notice.
We'll pass on the great pictures we took throughout our stay. Especially the ones that testify to our enjoyment here on the lake Memphre!

What a wonderful week! Despite raining nearly every day we were here, our spirits were not dampened! This is a beautiful, serene setting and we feel lucky to have stayed here. Our dogs too! We swam, kayaked, played cards, frisbee and whiffle ball, and made some great camp fires.

What a great place! It was a much needed break for the 3 of us. Living in an apartment in the city, there's not a ton of places where we can let Haley run loose. She truly had a blast- and it was great to watch her play in the water.

We have enjoyed our week here. You trully have a beautiful, serene, peaceful place and it was ideal for all of us, (dogs and kids).
We had a great time fishing, making campfires and just being able to relax and let the dogs and kids experience the freedom of the outdoors.
We look forward to coming again.
