Great experience!!! Will happily rent again

Our stay at Bethel was one of the best vacations we had in a long time. We had about 8 people or so during the week and had more than enough room. The photos don't do the house justice....It's beautiful!.....Great location away from the Ocean City crowd.Adults and children will love the house....Thanks again for a great vacation.We'll be back next year!

the description of the property was actually to the "T". Sometimes descriptions are over exaggerated. But everything in this property was as described. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner provides one of the best customer services that I have ever encounted and I travel a lot. Very friendly and accomodating. This is a very lovely place and I would recommend it to anyone who would like to experience Ocean City. I love the community, it is very quiet and peaceful. The club house has it all, (i.e. swimming pool, exercise room, pool table and party room(meeting room) and or game room and lounge. I love it! I believe you will, too!

My friends and I all love the house. It is in a nice location outside of Ocean City where its quiet. Its close to everything. We love going to the pool and spending time at the club house. We also enjoyed walking through the nature path and out on the dock. The house is beautiful. It has everything we need. We like that the house has a key pad that way we didn't have to worry about loosing keys or sharing them. The house is kept in very good condition and is just an overall great place to stay.

You won't regret renting this property. The owners are gracious wonderful people. They will make your stay comfortable as possible.
It is our third visit, 1st time in the house. We rented the townhouse and the house since our family is very large..
The home is beautifully decorated, roomy, warm and friendly. The property has everything you need.
The master suite is breath taking, a great view of the bay
The loft was a smash with the grandchildren, from the young to the teenagers and young adults. A perfect place to hang out. The children loved it.It is very kid friendly
(You will even enjoy cooking in the great kitchen)
Plenty of seating, The Den was great for building jig saw puzzles, or using your lap top reception was great.
The area is peaceful, quiet and friendly. Biking, walking, fishing sitting by the lake.
Take a walk out to the pier and enjoy the bay
All will enjoy the clubhouse large indoor and outdoor pool, playground, game room state of art fitness center, tastefully decorated multi purpose room.
The also have tennis courts
The lake is stocked with fish
You are not far from anything, About three miles to restaurants, shopping and entertainment,

All in all it's a great vacation spot.. We will be returning.

My husband and I and my 13 yr old son and 16 yr old daughter and her 2 friends stayed here for four nights. The house is beautiful and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The third floor was perfect for my daughter and her 2 friends to 'hang' in and feel like they could 'get away' from parents if they wanted to do that! Very close to OC, Md and not far from Rehoboth, as we took a day to enjoy both of these areas. Would stay there again is a second, given the opportunity!

We stayed in this property with a group of friends who participated in the Osprey Sprint Triathlon in Public Landing. From our first inquiry, the customer service and booking assistance we got was top-notch. (I worked in travel for years and know things seldom go this smoothly.) The house was just as described, beautifully outfitted and very clean. The development is brand new; don't rely on Mapquest or your GPS yet, but the owners will give you good directions to the property.
One particularly nice thing is that from the master balcony you can see right out to the water (bay? ocean?). Once those parcels are sold and homes built that won't be true, but for now it's a romantic, peaceful view.
One disappointment had nothing to do with the house: Our nice dinner out was anything but. I strongly recommend you go into the charming, beautiful towns of Berlin or Snow Hill to eat (or sightsee, or shop for antiques), instead of up to Ocean City, where things are high priced and low quality. Or just stay and cook in the wonderful kitchen. There's a good Food Lion on Rt. 113, only 5 or 6 miles from the house.
Don't miss the beautiful clubhouse, right across the pond from the house. Incredible game and TV rooms, indoor pool, a very cool playground, and a state-of-the-art work-out room.
Two other little things - we couldn't figure out how to use the fireplace in the living room so if that's important to you, remember to ask. And the TV in the living room is so complicated to use it takes 3 remotes. I'm admittedly not techno-savvy, but I thought that was pretty extreme. Written instructions would have helped.
One last recommendation: bring your bicycles. This is a terrific area for riding.

We rented this house as a group rental of nine. We loved it there, it was close to everything but the noise. The home
was cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood was friendly and the teenagers that were with us kept entertained by the clubhouse. I highly recommend renting this property for your vaction , I know we will be back.
GREAT PLACE!

We stayed there for a week. We had two toddlers along, which that place is very safe and quiet. We felt so relaxing and safe when we stayed there. We plan to return back. It's not very far away from anyplace. Good for people who needs to be away from noisy city. Highly recommond for families to stay. Very friendly house and you won't feel it s very crowd inside. Very spacious!!!
