Perfect for family getaways!

If you are looking for home away from home to take the family and simply relax, look no further than this rental property. It is a perfect place for families with young and older children. The fenced in yard was wonderful with lots of privacy if you wanted to get that tan. I was thoroughly impressed with the size of the rooms. All of the bedrooms were spacious and you felt like you had enough room even with 7 people in the house. The downstairs game room was great for the kids – they will love the room! The surrounding area was just as beautiful as the house. It is a great area to take the family on a bike ride to see the gorgeous houses and beaches. The town has plenty of shops that we had to stop in (each and every one) and who could pass the ice cream store! We took a day trip over to Martha’s Vineyard which I would highly recommend. Once there, rent a bike or scooter or, if you like to walk, go for it. What a great place to take the kids and teach them a little about history.

A Fourth of July Haven!

This place is very charming in its Americana style, so close to the beach, comfortable and easy to be in. It was the perfect place to celebrate the 4th of July with family- its large fenced-in backyard makes for a truly great BBQ space. Its location wasn't far from the fireworks either, a major plus! Outside of the buzz of the 4th, this place is also great for anyone running from the non-stop daily grind..its so tranquil here!

Absolutely a wonderful family vacation. House was so beautiful and close to the ocean. Each bedroom had a unique design, and kitchen was completely remodeled. Lots of space, both inside and out. Great, flat yard (front and back).

Had such a nice time here on our vacation. Have rented other vacation properties but none have had all of the amenities and attention to detail as this rental property. The owners have thought
of everything. Enjoyed lobster bake outside while kids played in the fenced in yard. Plenty of room for all. Usually when we rent with our friends at other locations we are tripping over each other. Would definitely recommend!

Fun Time, Great Set Up, Liked the Location

This is a really cute house and you can tell owners really love it. We did too and it was great for our extended family to get together with our kids. We couldn't believe how much there is to do in the area if you want and we were especially happy with the beaches nearby. The house itself is charming and we enjoyed the privacy of the fenced in yards so kids could play outside and we could relax. Just nice and comfortable and decorations were so cute too. Great place for our family time!

We found this house to be in a really convenient location -- we walked to a couple great beaches that were great for our young kids to swim in plus some really nice views of the yachts & ferries to islands. Snack bar & lifeguards too & nice sand. House itself was just adorable and showed a lot of care by the owners. Surprising amount of rooms and comfortable for all of us with lots of fun things to keep grown ups and kids entertained. We especially liked the fenced yards -- made it so much easier for us to relax. Really fun place close to the restaurants, beaches and it was a nice court with nice neighbors/houses around.

We found this house really clean & cutely decorated & very easy to have children & family fun in (yards are nice size & fun entertainment choices in house too). Our favorite beach in the area was also one of the couple you could walk to -- had snack stand, lifeguards, warm water & easy to swim in). Owners seemed to really go the extra mile to make us feel welcome & think of little things in the house to make our stay even nicer- we definitely appreciated it. And all the recent upgrades, etc. were surprising -- definitely a step above a typical rental house. Had great Cape Cod charm and was comfortable & made you feel good to be there. We can't wait to come back!
