'Colorado Rustic' is a good way to describe the décor in this 1680 square foot patio home. Old wooden skis, snowshoes, lodgey prints, and rustic mining artifacts adorn the walls. The use of warm earth tones and textures create a cozy ambiance.

We live in Colorado and have always wanted a rental in the mountains. Summit County is easily accessible from the Front Range and it's proximity to a wide variety of recreational activities is unsurpassed. The town of Frisco is quaint but still manages to offer diverse dining options and cultural/community events.
Frisco is central to all of the ski resorts and still has that 'small town' appeal. The town puts on several events throughout the year frequently closing down main street resulting in fun block parties that all ages enjoy.
The Mountain Side complex offers the best amenities. Most people will have to go to Silverthorne or Breckenridge Rec Centers and pay to enjoy the amenities we have for free!
Proximity to all five ski resorts, the bike path that goes from Vail to Breckenridge, and great hiking. The clubhouse at Mountain Side (especially the hot tubs) are enjoyed no matter what age you are and what season it is!
