Wondrful place to go!!!!!

Review Submitted: August 3, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
This was the nicest condo we've stayed in! There was plenty of room for us, and room for more! The pictures are very accurate in what we found when we arrived. The property was very clean and the amenities were more than adequate. Everything we needed for the short walk to the beach was found on the premises (wagon, umbrella, chairs, etc.) There was even a gas grill which made outdoor cooking a breeze. We absolutely loved the beach and the closeness to Port Canaveral . We went to Downtown Disney for a day less than an hour away, easy drive. We enjoyed a game of putt putt, and the Dinosaur museum, and Kennedy space center. There was plenty of shopping very close. The people in the area are very friendly, down to earth and helpful. The owner was reliable in sending the key and made the whole rental process painless and easy. We can't wait to return.

Nice house...but disappointing experience

Raichka Nashville, TN
Review Submitted: October 29, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009
My family stayed at Beroja Palms East in August. The home had everything described and was very clean. The decor and landscaping were nice. We were about two blocks from the beach and everything we needed...beach chairs, towels, wagon, sand castle toys, etc...was there. We had a wonderful time. There were a couple of problems. There was no modem for internet connection, and the hot tub was very dirty. These weren't huge issues. The bigger issue for me though was the deposit. The deposit was never returned despite contacting the owner.
We had a great time and loved the house, even recommending it to friends planning to vacation in the area. So I was disappointed when I ran into this snag.
Owner's Response: The reason the deposit wasn't returned was they destroyed the hot cover, we had to purchase new cover . . This was stated in contract about damages!!!

Very Nice

My family and I just spent 3 nights here in Sept. 09. The location is perfect, just a few minute walk to the beach. The condo itself is updated and has everything you would need. They even have beach toys for the kids. For the $, I don't think you are going to find a better 3 bedroom condo in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beroja Palms! The house was beautiful, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed (and more) to make our vacation at the beach wonderful. We spent everyday hanging out at the beach all day and spent our evenings enjoying local activities and great restaurants. We are definitely planning to return to Beroja Palms next year.

I was lucky enough to win a trip to Orlando, so my husband and I decided to go to the beach while we were there. I was so blessed to come upon this place. At the time we had 3 kids, and it was so amazing! Every convenience you could imagine. My favorite was the really cool wagon that we drug to the beach that carried everything!!! We even had people on the beach asking us where we bought it! Rob was so nice. We lost the key to the house while we were out, and he got us hooked back up and back in the house in minutes. This home is beautiful! If you want a no hassle vacation filled with amazing memories, stay at this home. I guarantee you will not regret it!

Excellent stay at a wonderful place...........

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Cocoa Beach, FL area recently, and specifically, we enjoyed the wonderful accomodations at Beroa Palms East. Every convenience is provided, it's comfortable, offers a very nice personal touch, is near recreation and great dining, and just a short walk from a wonderful beach area. I would highly recommend this property and area to anyone that seeks the comforts of home, in a relaxing, yet entertaining and fun environment. This property is great for a family or just a couple trying to get away from it all. Everything was as the owner said it would be; the property was very clean and very well maintained, and we had excellent customer service throughout the process.

Home away from home for us!

KaceyMichelle Horn Lake, MS
Review Submitted: August 3, 2009 Date of Stay: May 2009
We came all the way from Horn Lake, MS (2 minutes away from memphis, tn) and this home was perfect for our family of 8. It was a beautiful home filled with everything we needed! Groceries were already stocked(we still bought a few items) and the garage was filled with everything we needed for the beach including beach chairs to an umbrella to kid's beach toys. We had 2 5 year old children and they had a blast digging up shells and making sandcastles. This is a cheap place to stay but yet so beautiful and big. You can get up at anytime during morning, day, or night and walk a 3 minute walk to the beach where there is barely no one there watching. It was so peaceful. Then we just came back home, washed all the sand off at the outside shower(which is very nice also), and then jumped in the hot tub in the back. This place was definately home away from home for us. We loved it so much that we've already booked it again next year for two whole weeks instead of one.. We love the place!!! I recommend it for EVERYONE!

This was one of the nicest townhomes we've stayed in! There was plenty of room for our kids, ourselves, and one set of grandparents! The pictures are very accurate in what we found when we arrived. The property was very clean and the ammenities were more than adequate. Everything we needed for the short walk to the beach was found on the premesis (wagon, umbrella, chairs, etc.) There was even a gas grill which made outdoor cooking a breeze. We absolutely loved the beach and the closeness to Port Canaveral (great fresh fish market). The owner was reliable in sending the key and made the whole rental process painless and easy. We're already hopeful we can return sometime soon!
